Just found your video and wish that I’d found it three years ago when I started Yoga. I’m sure I would’ve been able to do this transition quickly having it explained in such a detailed way. Thank you.
So don’t crash my entire body all the way down to the mat and then press go into a somewhat mix of upward dog and cobra, got it 😅 boy how embarrassing after watching this video to know I’ve been doing my chatarunga sequence completely wrong! My yinyasa class starts in 45 mins & I can’t wait to put your techniques into practice! Thank you! 🙏🏼
I have been back to practicing almost a year now. It took me 9 months to get off my knees for chataranga. I have been struggling with make these 4 flow and I appreciated your insights. I will watch this a few more times and use a mirror for practice when needed
I’ve watched this 5 x in a row so far hehe. Im looking to transition my plank to up dog more smoothly. I’m currently doing the one foot flip at a time, it’s muscle memory at this point but I feel like flipping both feet together would be healthier for my bones and weight balance over the long term. I have such a challenge with it for some reason !
Ahhh thank you so much, you made this so easy for me. I didn't even know I could do it till now, I've been trying to build arm strength but I just could never do chaturanga properly. A million thanks 🙏🏿❤️🌻
Can you do a tutorial on the transition from up dog to downward dog, please??? I feel like each instructor teaches a different version and would love your perspective.
I can agree with you that there can be a lot of showing off in yoga classes. However, as someone who had to build up my strength after pregnancy, it can feel so good to be able to lower down and roll up into up dog :-)

The pace of this class was nice. Not too slow or fast, still worked up a sweat but didn’t feel like I was risking tweaking my back trying to keep up.

I see the complete lowering down in class all the time, mostly with Yogis who want to feel “dynamic” or want to show off their flexibility. 🤔

What mat is this? The link seems to lead to a dead end. :(
