- Smiling - the small act of altering the muscles in your face in such a way that gives of a pleasant expression - is such a simple thing that can have a tremendous impact on your life and daily interactions with both yourself and others.
It's very difficult to smile without radiating positive energy. That positive energy when amongst ourselves has the benefit of brightening our moods - maybe giving us a little boost of energy. When that energy is radiated among others, it has the added benefit of putting others at ease and even brightening their day. The truth is, most people enjoy being around others who radiate positive energy rather than the negative. I'm sure you also have that same preference!
Smiling is such a simple act with major benefits. So I encourage you to practice it more often as you'll see the change in your day to day life. You'll be able to have more positive interactions with others, network better with others, and overall, have better experiences with people in general. I've realized myself that it is truly a life changer!
