3 Practices To Calm Your Mind | Mental Health Focus

  • In life, we can easily become overwhelmed in negative thoughts due to the challenges we face, the obstacles, unfortunate circumstances and day to day stressors. Not only this, but the connectedness we have online to news and social media can also keep our minds extremely fickle, in regards to where our attention is and the thoughts that ensue. This can become quite mentally taxing overall.
    Here are 3 practices I've implemented into my life that I find have been quite beneficial in calming my mind to improve my mental health. These are no silver bullets and they may not work for everyone - however - I encourage you to at least give them a shot and stay consistent with them. In time, you may reap the benefits of them as well!
