Ideal UTILITY ROOM layout for Electrical, Mechanical, & Plumbing (077)

We extend our loft wall to install 1-1/2" of XPS foam board insulation, increasing the wall's overall R-value. We also frame our utility room with non-load-bearing walls, creating enclosures for the perfect utility room layout.
