Just an opinion, of course, but if I was remodeling that home then job #1 would have been to remove the indoor pool. That has got to be the worst implementation of an indoor pool I have ever seen. Its unguarded location in the living area is absurd, a waste of floor space and completely unsafe. The market for homes on this scale is already small and that bizarre pool reduces it even further. You would need to keep a stack of liability release forms by the front door and ensure all visitors sign one before letting them set foot in the place. This home has been listed on Zillow on and off as an unfinished property for quite some time so I would assume the current investor owner picked it up on attractive terms and is finishing the build. Rather than finish the pool, they should have filled it in to reclaim the floor space and removed the albatross from around this property's neck that makes it unsellable.
@John , yes it’s definitely not ideal for everyone. I think most have owned it as a home to host parties in. The liability forms is a good thought lol.
I'm a real estate investor in Houston. Originally from El Paso. Just my two cents here. This house is horrendous. Indoor pool? Very 1980's. Liability is through the roof on this one. I keep an eye on the market there due to the fact that I might want to purchase a weekend home for when I visit. This home is going to sit a while. On the positive side, you have a good voice for this. Keep up the hustle.
I definitely hear you, not ideal for just anyone. I think it would forsure have to be a “Party home” to some extent lol. I appreciate you watching and supporting the channel. 😀
I highly suggest doing more research about the “worst cities in the U.S.” El Paso isn’t amongst them. Even a place as beautiful as FL is rates one of the most dangerous cities in the U.S. Again perspective and more research goes a long way. Thank you for watching, have a great day ✨
Yup! Definitely not for everyone, we’ve seen some homes sit for 2+ years sometimes before selling. Although I personally enjoy the rad look, I don’t think having my 2 kiddos living there would be my idea of relaxing. 😅
Super cool house
Thank you for the feedback ☺️

This is a weird looking home & doesn't have that much safety features for children! Even if I have the $money 💵 I would never buy this home.
Yes that’s the beauty, everyone has a different preference, which is why knowing what you want before starting to look for is super beneficial. 🙂

I ❤️ this comment.
This house is not very appealing and its the flow is odd.

I remember when they Wer asking 250gs… the house was a disaster
The pool not being in its own room is so dumb. The whole house is gonna be humid.
I hear you, Definitely not everyone’s cup of tea😅
LAS CASAS ESTAN CARISIMAS Y EL COSTO DE VIDA TAMBIEN!

Before you call out any city the worst you may want to move to Memphis. Life is reflection upon yourself. I love ELPASO and proud of my city!❤❤
House is still available to this day.....
