    As you know or maybe you don’t building materials have now gone down significantly but builders will say otherwise because they like how much they can charge for homes at the moment and tell people materials are still going up . Do you come across this often ? Wood for example has dropped back down by 40 % and it’s the number one reason builders will tell you that the home you saw for cheaper is now more expensive . At what point do you see builders stop doing this and stop using this as an excuse to charge way more? You might totally disagree for all I know but it’s happening all over Texas RN unfortunately .

    • @Joey-qb7mf
      @Joey-qb7mf 2 роки тому +2

      I’m sure other builders will abide by that drop in prices to increase their revenue in response to the high interest rates, which will lead to those other frauds having to doing the same. It should only be a matter of time. I guess that’s the only red tape here?

    • @adrianlynnministries
      @adrianlynnministries 2 роки тому +8

      Ask for itemization of proposed cost for your real estate ATTORNEY to view, I’m sure prices would suddenly align with going rates for materials in that area!

    Yikes this really misses the mark. These finishes are very apartment quality. Maybe that’s what counts as “luxury” in El Paso, but seems more like a developer that likes to cut as many corners as possible to increase their profit. This will look even worse in 5-10 years when it looks severely dated

    I'm surprised they put a typical rock wall around this house and it's very low...doesn't match up...also, why not a double front door with side lites & transom...that small single door is dwarfed by the home...and a $2-$3k door is a cheap door...look at a Provia built door system...best in the industry...also and it's hard to tell for sure but I hope that's not aluminum framing on all the Window's & sliding doors...worst material thermally...and especially being a dark bronze, the sun is going to heat it up and it will fade.

      It’s great for holidays for lots of kids and those friends to gather around and have big meals . There are a lot of good reasons to have a big kitchen unless you have no desire to ever cook or have people over than it wouldn’t make sense . Either way that’s a house made for entertainment whoever buys it will
      Likely be a fun outgoing person with friends to share the space and have parties with .

    Bars, more bars, dirt, more dirt, high property taxes for nothing to offer for residents, no ponds, no lakes. Well ascarte lake which sucks ass, high traffic, still more bars, trash everywhere, again high property taxes like you live in Austin or San Antonio only problem is its deffentely not! The city lacks everything to be a great city. It's like the people who run this city wants this place to stay boring and have nothing to offer but pay a fortune to live here. Don't forget the nice spray paint fake wanna be gangster signs everywhere... Plus all the drunk drivers. But you can go to NM and enjoy the great environment and pretty land and cleanliness that has to offer. Only green around el paso has to offer is the homies smoking thier gangsta doobies

      Lol I agree. I am not even from that area but IF this guy thinks this is a view which basically is a bunch of homes behind with some barren empty landscape, this guy is beyond delusional. And for 2 million I expect lush green hills or an ocean view with 0 homes in sight behind my property.

      My husbands family lives in El Paso great place to visit and have family memories. Most locals do not make a high enough income to buy such a house.
      Agreed there isn’t enough beautiful landscape or water (no man made ponds or lakes at the very least). These homes are for out of state folks to buy and than rent for a high price. They will see there is no market for such prices.
      Maybe bring more businesses or tech company to bring jobs and higher wages to make it make sense. There is no casino, sports team or art scene out of state folks. I don’t get it.
      If I win the lottery I would buy an older home with some charm on the west side upgrade it with keeping the charm and call it a day to bring the family over. That’s how it’s done, not contemporary overpriced boxes this isn’t LA 😂.
