Great video💥👍
I have had this exact same thing happen to me when I went to buy a second hand Hyundai i30 back in 2018. The car dealer tried pulling this off about 2 minutes into me showing interest in the car. After he got off the phone he told me that someone else was showing interest in the car so I walked away. Two days later he rang me back saying the car was still on the market. I eventually talked him down by $2,000 and final bought the car for $4,000. I still have it to this day. Best car i've ever owned.
Eddie was on point with that.

Appreciate the support! Not at the moment we currently have someone we use but if anything ever changes I’ll reach out.
Good advice Alexa. Would that also work for clients who live outside Texas? Thanks for sharing.😊
Thank you for watching! In most cases it will be based on your local market conditions. We have agents throughout the US if you’re needing assistance to confirm in your local market. I would be happy to connect you with someone, feel free to send us a email or on IG @buyandsellwithalexa 😀
That’s what all the agents and mortgage brokers were saying in 2006! 😮😂😂
You’re absolutely right about how some lenders and realtors in 2006 encouraged people to buy, and one of the key differences back then was that many people were being qualified without having to be financially stable. Lenders were allowing borrowers to state their income without verification, which contributed to the subprime lending crisis. Today’s market has more strict lending requirements, so while the environment is still competitive, it’s a different scenario. That said, if someone isn’t planning to stay in a home for at least 3-5 years, waiting might make more sense for them. When it comes to waiting for lower interest rates, I like to point out that even if rates drop, home prices may increase. If you wait for a 1-2% drop in interest rates but pay more for the home, your monthly payment could end up being the same, if not more. For example, let’s say you buy a $300,000 home now at a 7% interest rate vs. waiting a year for a 5% rate, but by then the home costs $350,000. The math shows you’d be paying roughly the same monthly amount in both cases, even though you waited. Ultimately, if someone doesn’t feel comfortable buying now and they’re not in it for the long-term, it may be better to pause. I always recommend people do what’s best for their financial situation-it’s about finding the right time for them, not the market. 😊
Never mind I just won’t buy a house 😂 to much info
Definitely is 😅 unfortunately that’s the reason most don’t end up investing in real estate. Hopefully if you change your mind, you interview agents and ensure you hire somebody that is willing to explain all of this and take care of it for you.

Sad how some people feel so bad about themselves that they feel the need to try to make others feel bad. I am thankful to be blessed and I hope you can also experience that in your life to bring you a smile. ☺️

Isn’t it interesting how a person can feel so low that they try to make others feel bad but in reality it’s only a reflection of what they truly feel about themselves ? Hope life gets better for you🍾
I was born in 56 in Downtown El Paso my family owned three restaurants The Mills was right next door to the Plaza Theater my Dad knew everyone from the police chief to the shoe shine guy set up next to the White House department store it was a great place to grow up not to mention back then we went to Juarez all through my high school years never had one bit of trouble not the case today. My 50 year Coronado class of 74 is in a few weeks hope to make it. Thanks for the video very enjoyable.
I love seeing comments like these, thank you for watching! Sending good vibes your way, I’m sure you’ll make it to your reunion!

Not enough new insights for someone already familiar with the market.
Most of our viewers are buyers that are first time homeowners. Thank you for the feedback. I will make a video for more experienced folks.
Are you seeing the same trends in other Texas cities?
Great question! On average, we are seeing similar trends across Texas, though it can vary by location. For instance, urban areas like Dallas, Houston, and Austin tend to experience more fluctuations in home prices and demand compared to more rural or suburban regions. In general, Texas continues to see steady growth in home values, but the rate of appreciation can differ based on factors such as local job growth, infrastructure projects, and housing inventory. Doing your due diligence and researching your specific area is essential to understanding the market. If you have more questions or would like a deeper dive into a particular city or region, let me know! I'd be happy to make a video covering them in more detail.

I don’t think this applies to all markets, misleading
Which is why I mentioned every Market is different. I have mentioned it’s very important for you to ensure you are speaking with an agent that is a trusted expert in the area. Never go based off just one video on UA-cam. I hope you find what you’re looking for.👍🏻

Hello! Yes we assist with selling and buying real estate in the entire USA area. Happy to help!
I dont understand with the poor construction El Paso texas? Its like they dont believe in putting propper ceilings in there homes then they wonder why the electric bill is so damn high.So many corners they cut in in el paso construction
I dont know why anyone would ever settle in El Paso.?Its like living in Juarez Mexico except there is no cartel and the quality of the houses of el paso are complete garbage with cheap illegal alien labor.Even how the houses are made the quality is incredibly poor and 3rd world like quality.
I do think you get what you pay for. Not all builders are the same but again, we all have different opinions. Anyplace you go to will always have its pros and cons. “We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorns have roses.” - Alphonse Karr
@@Investwithalexa stop lying to urself el paso garbage.there is innovation in El paso and the houses are a joke especially with that open border.
Thanks Alexa.
You’re very welcome! Glad you found the video helpful ✨
House is still available to this day.....
Yup! Definitely not for everyone, we’ve seen some homes sit for 2+ years sometimes before selling. Although I personally enjoy the rad look, I don’t think having my 2 kiddos living there would be my idea of relaxing. 😅
BORING!!!!!! 🤨 🧐 🤔
@@JavierSalcido-k8p El Paso isn’t for everyone, great thing is you have the entire world to chose from 😀
@@Investwithalexa i would live there now that I’m getting older. Because I don’t do much anyways. Being that there’s nothing you can do do that is fun or interesting in El Paso. When I was younger living there Boring all the time.
Cost of living used to be low in El Paso, but the housing market has become efficient with the rest of Texas. Further, I traveled to LA recently, and besides the lower cost of houses (compared to NY or CALI), the groceries cost about the same. Traffic congestion in LA was way worse during rush hour, but the drivers in El Paso are horrible. I would argue driving in LA outside of rush hour is better than in El Paso. The only reason why housing is lower in El Paso now in comparison is because of outrageous prices in Cali, not because it’s lower than the other states similar to those mentioned in the comments (GA, UT). Also keep in mind, prices for everything have increased since this video posted.
I totally hear where you’re coming from, and I understand why the cost of living and traffic are big factors when comparing cities. But it’s important to remember that El Paso and LA are very different in terms of overall lifestyle and costs. For example, while groceries might seem similar in price compared to LA, the high housing costs, taxes, and other living expenses can quickly outweigh any savings on food. Here in El Paso, the cost of owning a home and basic utilities is much more manageable for most people. I do want to point out, from personal experience and traveling to LA frequently I do believe groceries and basic activities are a lot more expensive but once again that’s my own personal experience. As for traffic, LA is notorious for its hours-long commutes, especially during rush hour. While El Paso can have its moments of congestion, it’s nowhere near the level of traffic gridlock seen in LA on a daily basis. Ultimately, we’re fortunate that we get to choose where we want to live based on what’s important to us. Both cities have their pros and cons, but it’s all about what suits your personal lifestyle. Wishing you the best in finding what works for you!
To afford a $2500 monthly mortgage you would need at least have $10000 a month income. How many people make that much, even with both spouses working? That is not realistic.
@@TheHounddog2343 you will never have that kind of money here That's a pipe dream
@@svtmach148 This lady is selling to the wealthy. Not the rest of us. Property taxes on houses in any county in Texas have gone up exponentially since beginning of 2021. Why? To feed and house all of the illegals crossing into the United States. Rent went up also by 60%. So, I had to move in with my brother in AZ. I am paying a fraction of the rent that I was going to pay after rent went up.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. I completely understand your frustration with taxes and the cost of living. It’s true, taxes are a burden, and no one enjoys paying them. However, when you compare the cost of living in El Paso to other major cities, it is more affordable in many ways. In fact, you don’t necessarily need to make $100k to afford a home here. With a low debt-to-income (DTI) ratio, many people qualify with an income of $50k-$60k. Renting, while an option, has its limitations - you're paying for a place you’ll never own, and rent can increase unpredictably. Buying a home isn’t ideal for everyone, but for those who are able, it can provide long-term financial stability. I work with clients across the financial spectrum, and I’ve learned that perspective plays a huge role. Focusing on personal growth and financial education has helped many of my clients create more income, but I understand that not everyone may see it this way. In the end, it’s about what works best for your individual situation. I wish you the best on your journey, regardless of the path you choose!
Ascarte park had amusement park rides Selina payed there great park for cooking out snd watching the girls go by by friends hung out at handball court joe and able and crow ant arterio tudie miss them the white guy
What bank or credit union in El paso will give me a heloc on an investment property? I don't even live there. And #2 is that market still going up every month?
There’s a few banks we can do a HELOC with, let us know if you’d like to schedule a zoom call. I would be happy to walk you through some options 🏡
I've seen what 750k can get you in El Paso and it does not compare to what it can get you out here in L.A. (junk) I would move out there but they have no NFL or NBA team smh if they had either one of those I'd definitely would move out there lol
I hear you definitely not as many attractions or events but if you think about the amount of money you’d save with the cost of living , you can always travel out there with the extra money your saving 😅 At least that’s what I’ve found helpful so far!
Beautiful home unfortunately it’s in the worst city in all of United States still hasn’t sold
I highly suggest doing more research about the “worst cities in the U.S.” El Paso isn’t amongst them. Even a place as beautiful as FL is rates one of the most dangerous cities in the U.S. Again perspective and more research goes a long way. Thank you for watching, have a great day ✨
Before you call out any city the worst you may want to move to Memphis. Life is reflection upon yourself. I love ELPASO and proud of my city!❤❤
These prices are insane.
There’s different price points for everyone’s budget, especially compared to other major cities In Texas.
Those tattoos look very UNPROFESSIONAL. She looks like a chola.
So many fake blonde Latinas out there. A dime a dozen. I find it particularly repulsive.
I’m born and raised in El Paso, from Dr green elementary to UTEP. It is a complete shithole, it’s a city run on police and military state mentality and narcissistic Christian and Catholic beliefs- if ur that type of narrow minded person you’ll fit right in. Females here only fuck with u if ur rich or military, if not they have no respect for you and devalue you in everything. Moving out by next summer, it is time. I’m El Paso weak🖕🏻🖕🏻
400k to live in El Paso😂
Not everyone’s cup of tea and that’s okay ☺️
@@Investwithalexa no, El Paso is great but paying 400k when the average massive beautiful home is under 200k makes your video hilarious. Good luck though, anyone who falls for that deserves the expensive lesson
You drive a Tesla in El Paso, how does that work... are there ample amount of super chargers?
We currently have 2 super chargers in town, however most tesla owners buy the home charger, definitely comes in handy.
@@Investwithalexa wow that's kinda too little but I saw them on the map, I guess if I move I have to live near that haha.
