    Thank you so much. The whole time I was is it even doing anything and by the end, whne I got up the horrible pain had become less. I just have to do this everyday because the pain comes back after a few hours

    Thankyou so kindly. That worked. I had done an hour weighted workout this morning then this afternoon out on bicycles and if I don't stretch directly after get off bike can tend to get pretty stiff which happened today. But I did a 12 minute all over release stretch routine and then your routine. I love your flow. Thankyou! 😊

    The first minute relaxed and stretched my back way more than the 7-minute stretches video I did prior to that! 10 minute is pretty short but damn, I feel better now! I really liked all of the stretches, the amount of time we hold them & how you focused on the form + what we were actually working. Thank you, Jessica. I sure will come back!

    TY Jessica ! Very nice … may I ask you what is the difference between elbows bends ( push ups) with the elbows out like your video or elbows bends with the elbows close to your chest ? The latter are the ones I was taught at the gym , but I hate push ups all together … thx ❤️

    Thank you so much Jessica, that was a great workout! Will incorporate this into my workout every week. 😉💪When we lay on the floor kicking our legs back twice my right hip made a kicking sound too. Is that normal? Also wanted to find out, if I am on fours and do exercises, say I'm on my right leg and left is up high, my right hip shifts to the right side so it's not in a straight line. Will this come right with more exercises? Hope this makes sense. Thanks again. 🤗😘

      Alignment is something that comes with time so don't get too frustrated about it and just notice it :). With the clicking sound it is normal but try a smaller motion until you have a little more strength and the clicking may go away!

    just a suggestion, it would be nice if you create another video with just the timer. I do this daily, and your intro gets repetitive. nice workout tho
