    I can agree. Had a Farmer Dan turkey at thanksgiving. It was fantastic.

    Winter darkness and cold outside makes me stay indoors and not active . I found air popped popcorn a lightweight munchy. And its simple fiber. Getting together with a Party means sugar and yeast in drinking. Then i get sick with whatever everybody else is coming down with for the New Year.

      Winter can definitely make it tough to stay active! Air-popped popcorn is a great choice for a healthy snack-light and full of fiber. Staying well during gatherings can be tricky, but boosting your immunity with good hydration, rest, and maybe some vitamin C might help. Hope you have a happy and healthy New Year!

    Hi - I am a devoted adherent to Plant Paradox Chap 10. I would like you to please rank PLAIN, UNSWEETENED, UNFLAVORED yogurts - I eat goat kefir, sheep yogurt, coconut yogurt, A2 grass-fed whole milk (for C15 omega 3s). I prioritize nutrition, so I rank the coconut yogurt as the last priority, but I'm befuddled by the other 3. Can you please do a quick segment on this?

      Thanks for sharing your dedication to the Plant Paradox lifestyle! Here's a quick ranking based on nutrition:
      1⃣ Goat Kefir: High in probiotics, easier to digest, and rich in nutrients like calcium and phosphorus. A great choice for gut health!
      2⃣ Sheep Yogurt: Creamier and higher in protein than goat yogurt, with a similar nutrient profile. It's also rich in vitamins like B12 and zinc.
      3⃣ A2 Grass-Fed Whole Milk Yogurt: Provides beneficial omega-3s (like C15), and the A2 protein is easier to digest than A1, making it a solid option for overall nutrition.
      You're spot on with coconut yogurt being the last-it’s often lower in protein and nutrients unless fortified. All three top choices are excellent, so the final pick can depend on your personal taste and digestion. Hope this helps!

    Isn’t pumpkin and sweet potato about the same sweetness?

    • @DoctorHealth8
      @DoctorHealth8 3 години тому

      Pumpkin and sweet potato do have a similar natural sweetness, but sweet potatoes are generally sweeter. They also differ in texture and flavor profile, which can make each one unique depending on how they're prepared. Do you have a favorite way to enjoy them?

      @ I’m just saying that although I think this man is highly intelligent it almost seems like there are limited choices when it comes to healthy vs not healthy.

      Lectins are definitely a hot topic in nutrition! While some people choose to avoid them, others find that cooking and preparing foods properly can reduce their effects. It's all about finding what works best for your body
