That song caught my ear the very first time I heard it, with the middle eastern-sounding MiniMoog synth bass and guitar melody at the beginning, and the chorus morphing into that relative major chord soaring high vocal harmony sliding into the middle eastern melody again!...along with the funky bass guitar, and the vocal ah-hahs. Still irresistibly catchy!

Hi, a few things. Firstly I have just discovered yr channel as a massive fan of abba since 1974 I am very happy to see how happy abba songs make you. Secondly, as I have seen, you have now discovered Dimash, who I believe is regarded to be the ‘king’ when it comes to vocals, so I thought that even though you have already done video’s of some of the great female voices of today e.g Diana A & morissette, I would recommend a lady to you that is regarded by many to be Dimash’s ‘queen’, and that is Sohyang from S.Korea ( given the artists you have checked out so far, I can’t believe that I am the only one to have recommended Sohyang to you). I would recommend to start with either a traditional Korean folk song that has been elevated in to a more anthemic number by sohyang’s talent for musical arrangements ( she does her own arrangements) & this is her performance of ‘Arirang Alone’ from the ‘immortal songs 2’ series. Or if you prefer a song where you are familiar with the original then I suggest her performance of ‘Bridge over troubled water’ , again from the ‘immortal songs’ series. If you are not familiar with this song then I suggest you should try out her performance of probably one of the most famous songs ever, Whitney Houston’s ‘ I have nothing’ at the DMC festival but if you’re thinking you won’t bother with that because no one can sing it at Whitney’s level then I implore you to trust me because you will be shocked😂😂. Finally, another Dimash request please, his performance of ‘Opera 2’ from the ‘I am singer’ show. You’ve probably heard this performed before by ‘Vitas’ but Dimash’s version is on a different level altogether, and you get to see him been playful & teasing the audience, basically just having fun. Many thanks from a new subscriber who is about to check out your patron page to see your reaction to ABBA’s new songs.

the lyrics mean do you want to sleep with me thats what the song is about
No, voulez vous means Would you like to. But yes, imagination can fill in the rest
This isn't actually live. In the days before music videos, groups would be featured on TV programs where they would lip sync to the single version. So most videos you see pre-80s are usually just lip synced versions.
sounds like studio version, i think its playback for tv show and/or official videoclip
You should react to ABBA gimme gimme gimme live at wembley, that is live and great, you can hear the power in Agnethas voice..Love from sweden 🇸🇪 And btw this is playback..
Another thing,no other band members could look so happy and natural on stage as these 4 swedes...What part of the video I liked best? Well, concerning the song, all of it..concerning their stage performance, when the 2 girls approached the guys there and sang close to them,or pretended to sing..it created an even bigger closeness and warm vibe for this video..and when Frida kissed Benny..
best pop band ever
I n the UK this song was released as a Double-A single with "Angeleyes": two very different songs.
After all this year they go together and had one more new lp, this were be the very last, as they said first time reunion and also last till they gone.
Back than we didnt watch them to proform like now a dys. I bought the type when this come out, later i bought the cd.
Always a delight!
I wonder if the ABBA girls ever looked as good as here...

Great reaction to a great song. Regards from Chris in Australia
