My 1996 23 foot fiberglass deep-V Pro-Line Jon boat already had everything, including a cuddy cabin with a porta-potty. The single Johnson 115 is underpowered for it, but it came with the boat and runs fine, so it's staying. Including the trailer, mine only cost me $300 at an estate sale! The other buyers didn't like it because it didn't have carpet and it had been sitting under a Sweet Gum tree for years. It was covered with sap and the tires were flat. But, you don't put carpet in an off shore boat anyway and I could care less about curtains for the tiny oval windows! All it needed was some air in the tires, a gallon of WD-40 for the sap and a whole lot of elbow grease!

That motor should be pushing you a lot faster than what it is
