Sourdough Fry Bread Using Discard |

- Discard is what you take out of your sourdough starter each time you add flour and water. Stored in the refrigerator, it can be used to make all kinds of things. Tonight, I thought I would try Fry Bread. It turned out amazing. Most definitely will be making this with my discard in the future. SO GOOD!!!

I make pancakes with my discard. This looks good to.
I made pancakes, on I think day 3 of discard. They were very good.
@@BroqueCowgirlHomestead I made blueberry bread to not as much to it as a regular loaf sour dough. But current have 2 loaves sour dough rising

I've not seen this done before. Very interesting and I can see how adding things like the cheese and garlic and even herbs would really make it delicious.

Fry Bread itself is a Native America thing . Created by the Navajo, when they were force to move from their native land in Arizona to the reservation in New Mexico.
