261? I know it wasn’t out of the question to have that engine, but it seems kinda weird to see a straight six in a Jimmy when the V6 was GMC’s “flagship” (for lack of a better term) during that time. I’ve got the 261 in my 61 C40 and I love how smooth it runs.
Use this classic truck to make an rv. All cherried out with chrome wheels. And the camper modify the inside to look like a classic and have the basic necessities to feel at home. A/C, Dvd player and TV. Sound system to play music. Cd's, radio, internet downloads. Hot running water, gas, fridge, oven and bbq to cook outdoors. Motor is strong with potential to haul. 😊👍🎚🎛🎤🎶🎶🎵🎶🍦🍰🎂🍖🍗🍔🍟🍕🌭🌮🧀🍞🌰🍉🍇🌯🍺🍺🍻🍻
Love this idea! I have teetered on the idea of an RV. I think it could be accomplished in a relatively cost effective budget. Thanks for sharing a great idea! 🍻
Was there any doubt.:)
I LUV those in-line 6 engines!
There was no doubt…lol. But I needed to create an element of suspense for the viewers. 😂
@@bigbluebanditoSK In that case, your "creation" was achieved. :)

I believe it is either the 235 or 261. Being the Canadian built truck, that’s where the straight six’s landed. Those US built V6 trucks are very neat!
That V6 was a US only engine, at least in the beginning.
