It's hard to believe something so simple as this certain type of "stick massager" can immediately dissipate cramps, knots, and tightness as well as reduce muscle tenderness and soreness.
Every person who does even the least bit of physical activity per day needs this wonderful tool! Those who run races and focus on lower limb exercises often use this before and after their works outs and runs.
Yet if you get muscle cramps, knots or tightness for any reason (or no reason at all) then you might consider the Seek Gains Massage Stick Roller the answer to your prayers.

Hello. This reminds me of something that is used in some styles of Tai Chi Chuan called a "Bang" {rolling pin} used for hand strength development for Chin Na {Joint Locking} & some use it for deep tissue massage. This Massage Stick Roller looks like a softer version of The Bang. Thank You for Sharing.

How long do you use it for? How hard do you push? Is there anything you shouldn’t do? These are questions that are typically answered during a ‘how to’ video.

how long 30 - 50 seconds maximum twice a day, she says that in the video. Anything you should not do ? Not to much pressure... like did you never massage your muscles or someone elses muscles ?

Has the question of massaging away from the heart come up. I thought it is bad to massage away from the heart. Is this even a concern i should have?

I heard you should not roll away from your heart. Sad that she did not reply. This is a reason videos get thumbs down.
Seems like an ad to me.

I saw this thing on amazon and I was curious what it was. To use the massage stick on yourself seems terrible. If someone uses it on you that seems a lot better. I would just get a foam roller if you're going to use it to massage yourself.

My PT used The Stick as part ofy therapy. She suggested to get one for home use. I did, and I find it is easy to use myself and helps my muscle pain so much!

Do you roll hard towards your heart, or can you roll hard both ways ? I read you should not roll hard away from your heart when doing your legs, arms, or any area....

I asked if it would help relieve my cramps, Believe it or not in all my 50 plus years i do know what causes cramps, mine are not due to any particular deficiency in my diet but are from other causes.
