Sometimes, there just is no time for yoga. That's why I created this 5 minute yoga routine for all levels.
Because even if you're sick, or late, or having a crisis, you can always find FIVE (just five) minutes to do some yoga stretches, and then your entire day will be SO much better.
Just 5 minutes of power yoga stretches and a few power yoga poses can really shift your perspective and make you feel better in your body.

Hey, I'm Brett Larkin. Do you only have five minutes to practice because you're in a rush or just tired? So do I. Don’t let only having five minutes stop you from doing your yoga routine. Okay, here we go. Let’s get started.
First you’re just going to come down into a child's pose. I'm not going to rush us; we're just going to hit a couple poses. You’re going to be so happy you did yoga today. This is also a great routine if you're new to yoga. We're not going to do anything complicated.

Loved it, good starting point if you want to do yoga in the morning but usually wake up 10 minutes before you have to shoot out the door (guilty) and you can work up from here to the longer routines
Thank you! This is the perfect yoga to help kickstart my active body into working out instead of procrastinating! The 5 minute aspect takes down all mental blocks and lets me feel good about doing my yoga practice no matter how swift!

Hi Brett, I have a quick question for you if you don’t mind😊 when we’re in down we’re facing dog also in cat cow are our forearms and hands supposed to be outward or inward? Does that make sense? what kind of mat do you use? or, do you have a mat that doesn't leave foot/hand prints when you apply pressure? Anyways, I love your vids! Def. putting this into my daily routine!
