Would be awesome if an anti-tangle brushroll and powered lift-off design could be integrated into an upgraded model of this vacuum! It's amazing how some products seem to regress with technology/advancements when they come onto the market. It's a great vacuum as is but could be an awesome vacuum with greater versatility advancements!
Kinda funny that they advertise "no dust" when emptying and the video clearly shows a puff of dust as the bag drops out. The bag chamber also shows were dust leaked.
😠 I LOVED THIS VACUUM...... Until today while I'm spread out on the floor with 13 screws & 2 brackets removed &&& STILL can't access the brush roll to clean it properly without feeling like I'll break the plastic holding it together!!! {Yes it's unclamped from front} 😠
Works great, until something breaks, then it takes MONTHS to get parts as you can only get the parts from Kenmore/China, then after you replace the parts, something else doesn't work! Shame they don't have universal parts and something that tells you how to fix broken parts, like video! Nothing!!!
