Im obsessed with the way you shape the nails, love how natural and clean they look. I want to stop biting my nails, so ive been watching your videos on nail care religiously... once they are long enough im shaping them by your example.
This is the only polish I wear now. My nails have never looked better! It stays on for 7+ days when I’m too busy to change it every 5-6 days. This brand plus your tips have been life changing.
I am still loving Essie Glow and Shine. For me it is affordable and I don't mind that it doesn't have a brightener like the Dior. I get compliments on my nails with people asking what nail polish am I wearing. Your mum's nails look lovely with Green Active Glow as do your nails.

I’d like to ask if you could review the Manicurist line. Specifically, if their Polish and remover work as well as they suggest and if it damages/helps the nails.

If you were to choose your favourite of that kind of polish which one would you go for: dior, nails inc...?
I prefer the color of the manicurist than the Dior on me. The new Dior formula is much too pink but my favorite is the one by Kure Bazaar. It has a little more staying power and the color is great 🌹

Oh, Anna….since learning of Dior Nail Glow last summer, from watching your channel, I’ve now obtained 3 bottles of the product, all the original formula with the silver cap. I’ve obtained each bottle one at a time, as I found it. I keep them tucked away in a dark drawer, to preserve the pink color 💗💗💗💅

I just bought this product (with the Manucurist serum complet oil) the other week, thinking to 'do good to the nails' ;) After wearing acrylic nails for yéars and years, about 14 months ago I took them of, I found your really great and helpful video's and with that I decided to let my nails grow natural and healthy. Nails and cuticles look nice and shiny now, no damage anymore... but still they're prone to damage although I didn't use any nail polish the last 6 months and I did apply oil very regularly (strange, but thumb nails are much stronger than ring finger or middle finger) So I was hoping the new Manucurist glow would help . Too short to say after a week if I notice any differences, but the color is beautiful, it really is, and the shine stays for multiple days for sure.

I have been eyeing this product for weeks, thanks for doing a review, I'll stick with the Dior that I started using because of your videos.
One I’ve been waiting for. I know you’ve replied me on IG about this product, thank you for your honesty, it’s pretty but doesn’t worth the £16 with only with some buzzing ingredients towards the end. I managed to get a hold of 2 bottles of the old formula Dior glow on sale. I also love the Nails Inc version, not as bright as Dior but for under a tenner can’t beat that price!
From many many feedbacks the Kure products last longer but they tend to cause often nail surface damage.

As always, great information with honest review. For me, the glow of the Dior outside is too pink, and doesn’t flatter my skin tone. This very slight pink would suite me better and the two days wear looks pretty good. Probably won’t rush to buy as I like using DD base, original transform and top coat when I want a clean shine look.

I would kill for a nitrocellulose-free product like this (subtly pink-tinted transparent nail polish). Because I only ever want to wear transparent polishes on my nails, I *also* want to avoid nitrocellulose - because I don't want my nails looking yellow through the transparent polish! I have so far had zero success finding anything in the UK.

What do you know or think about semi cured gel strips? You stick them on and cure them under led lamp. They come off with oil and aren't supposed to cause any damage. Im curious if a nail strip, regular or semi cured, would cause less damage than regular polish.

I love Dior but mine is almost gone. My daughter gave mea bottle of le mini macaron nail brighter and it is pretty close. And last a week on my nails.
I love Manucurist's Active Glow. I keep it to 2 coats AND apply a topcoat because I treat it like a regular polish. You appear to have the same impression (it being a regular polish)--I'm surprised you didn't top off the manicure with a top coat. At any rate, with a top coat, this will last me around 10 days.
You made me buy blue cross cuticule remover and it's very good so thank you! Do you recommend DNC solar speed spray and nail polish remover? Is it better than other brands? Thanks

This time I have to disagree with your assessment. I've tried nearly all your suggestions for addressing peeling nails, but the problem has persisted. I finally decided to try some of the Manucurist products, specificially the Active Smooth, Bright and (today) Glow. I also have been using their SOS base coat (although it isn't designed for the Active line, they say) and I change the polish every 3 or 4 days. It dries so quickly, doing a change mid-week without filing is no biggie, and I save the other time in the week to do the cuticles, filing, etc. I was amazed the first time I removed their Smooth formula. My nails looked nourished and certainly no worse for wear (no pun intended). My nails look finished for the entire period and seem to chip on the edges only when I've had to file a rough spot away. I realized that I've removed the "cap" in filing and therefore moisture could seep in, increasing the likelihood of chips. Now, if I have to file a little, I re-cap the nail and so far the polish has stayed on nicely. The skin around the nails has stayed surprisingly healthy looking and I actually prefer Manucurist's Huile Verde, to Jojobo or other oils I've tried. I will say the polishes do not strengthen the nails (nor does the company offer such a promise) but having a coat of something on them does seem to prevent some external damage, along with wearing gloves for those nasty household chores. All this to say that although your assessment of the ingredients may be valid in refuting some of the company's claims, I've been using this Active line for a month and truly feel my nails are considerably improved. I'm holding off trying their Green Flash until I'm sure all the peeling has grown out, but I'm remembering your test of the Flash on Mr. Salon Life and his reaction to how conditioned his nails looked when it was removed. So, in the interest of fairness, at least there's one very pleased Active user out here and people should at least give it a try if they're looking for a quiet, finished look without a lot of work or drying time..
I'm very open minded but also very sceptical :) I'm very happy to hear you are having great results with the Active Line, I'm still testing it too.

Manucurist is just marketing, their products are not better than others… I stick to my beautiful Dior Nail Glow ;-)

@@christinab5778 of course, there's no problem with it ; I've been using it for years and years, it's my favourite ;-)
New Dior Formulation is awful. Active Glow from Manucurist is not Dior, but it is excellent (all their regular polishes have wonderful formulations with great leveling) and the customer service is crazy good. I love it and it's my go-to pink "glow" polish now.
I’ve used this and was so disappointed. The colour was horrible and it chipped on the same day I applied it. I also tried their gel products and they peeled immediately too. It was a very expensive mistake trying this brand. Never again.
