I'm an Estonian, but this looks like an interesting concept. I've not settled down yet and sometimes doubt I do before retirement and lived abroad in different countries, so this looks very interesting. Some things I like about it: monthly rentals - so you don't have to commit and can move around when you work remotely anyway and don't know where you want to live the next year; living with other adults - as someone who has always wanted to live with friends or alone, not with a partner and kids, it looks very nice, especially since it isn't age restricted (unfortunately many places take it as a phase in life, rather than a lifestyle decision and restrict by age): apartments being quiet; large communal living area - in my mind you get more out of it than from a 450€ 2 rooms apartment; having desks in the room - this is the most important thing ever, because I work from home and often take courses, using laptop in bed or on a couch is something I could never get used to; the ability to store your bicycle is also important for me; some things I would miss: inviting friends over - not sure if it is allowed and there isn't much room anyway; bathtub, maybe a balcony; having your own furniture - especially the workspace, I wish they had a choice between more chairs and bigger or longer desks in some areas. I think the long desk in some houses that you can use for preparing food or for your computer is actually quite good. You can fit multiple computers in there and still have some space left, especially when you need to use some other devices, like a graphic tablet or a printer. Another thing is chair -some of them look so flimsy, but I'm personally happy that there aren't office chairs with wheels because I hate those :D So it would be great if everyone could choose the type of chair they want.
I recommend buying a stabilizer for these types of videos, might be a bit pricy but makes filming easier and better video (no-shaking -> higher quality). (Note: I also like those small cheesy filming tricks, like at 11:35, adds some fun to the video (aka makes it more interesting)).

I cant agree because you legit can hear people having sex next door and their bills are not fixed. I have recommended people different place like scandium living. Larsen is overpriced. Even the fact they got robbed last year, shows how its not safe
Larson house is actually very nice . I stayed in Larson Mustamme for the first week when I moved to Estonia in 2022
I haven't lived but always heard good reviews. Thank you for joining.
