The mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels is good. It has 30 exercises for meditation and mindfulness.

However, I had not heard those specific words before......she just made such a huge impression on me as I truthfully had only known her as Tom Brady’s wife. She is brilliant .... wish she were my life coach. With Covid abounding, her words have helped me immensely JMO.
Wow! She didn’t even go to high school, left the family home at 14, didn’t speak English and still is so articulate and emotionally smart when she speaks! Very down to Earth! Spectacular human being! An inspiration to all of us!

She twisted her entire life story, always, because it was at age 14 that she started working for Epstein and Maxwell , sexually abusing CHILDREN for blackmailing their way out of convictions.

Very impressed with her emotional intelligence! The fame and money has not ruined her, like it has so many celebrities. She had a lot more to say about herself and her spiritual practice than just the typical interview with how does it feel to be a beautiful model married to Tom Brady. She is a wise person, and a great example for us all.

@@4lugan Your statement is confusing. Being a football player or anything else in your career, does not make one good at relationships. Are you saying just because he's the greatest football player, that's a reason to stay married?! And I read that he had retired, and then decided he wanted to get back into his career again, so that might have been a deal breaker for Gisele. She had retired from modeling, and she was one of the greatest models, but maybe she retired so she could spend more time with her family. So, I don't really know where you going with your comment?? No one will truly know, only Gisele and Brady will know, why they got a divorce, and even then, going through a divorce for anyone, will have lasting impacts on you as a person, and hopefully, both people will gain insight into why they weren't destined to be connected for a lifetime. It takes a long time to be able to be objective about what transpired between you and your partner...My gut feeling with her is that she is a genuine person about striving to be her best self, and improving and focused on keeping calm in this crazy world. No one is perfect, we all have inner, emotional stuff to work on...

That’s the “law of attraction.” It’s witchcraft and Giselle herself and Tom Brady even said she is a witch “but a good witch.” All this mindfulness and hinduistic or buddhistic meditation garbage is opening yourself up to spirits; which are always unclean spirits in this case. I know as I was a practicing hindu without even really realizing it and practicing eastern esotericism and my life went off the rails and I went from a professing atheist to at least believing there was a God and one Creator but I wasn’t sure who that God was.
Over the course of around a half a year I hit rock bottom in my life and right at the point I was suicidal, I cried out to someone or if there was a God to hear me that I wanted a reset on life or just some kind of change because my life had no meaning and I couldn’t take it any longer. That’s when the meditation became scary and went from “simple breathing techniques” to becoming like a horror movie every time I sat down to perform my esotericism. I would feel a presence and then something touching me until once I opened my eyes and in the dark of my room I saw the silhouette of 4 figures in front of my bed and one other next to me on my bed. They physically assaulted me when I realized I had guests in my room.
At the same time frame as that happened, I had a Christian preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to me and I had heard that gospel so many times in life and ALWAYS mocked Christians, thought they were ignorant and uneducated idiots, etc. but that time something changed and I actually listened without mocking for once and realized I was in some big trouble with God, that the Creator I wasn’t sure who was 6 months earlier, I finally came to realize was the Lord Jesus Christ. He created this universe and all good things come from HIM, NOT THE UNIVERSE!
Repent to God and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ or you will die in your sin and go to hell! Please consider your ways.

SO very true!!..I went through similar anxiety before Awakening..Gisele describes the anxiety and the process after the Awakening perfectly..:-)..I truly believe it’s the battle between the Ego and the Soul here in the physical.

She's German.
Well, her parents are not 100% German. They are not even 50% German. Portuguese is her mother tongue, and she was raised with Brazilian values, Brazilian food and vision of the world.
It does not mater what she is, most important she is a human being and behave like one. Why do we have to go to a box and put everyone in a box, sex, religion, tall, short, women man. It does not matter, she is Gisele, a person that was shaped by her values not only from where she was born, but where she lived, work and daily life.
Love that her description/discussion of meditation and mindfulness is so down-to-earth, that it's somehow more accessible for anyone. What a beautiful soul.

Spiritual awakening will end relationships...Tom stayed in the material world and Gisele got to her higherself. I am so happy for her
Save this interview people and watch it over and over. Gisele is a brilliant woman with views on life that are amazing. She says many many things that we all should apply to our lives. She is not dumb at all. She incredibly smart and has thoughts on subjects that are crazy cool.

I just cannot believe that the interview went by in a blink of an eye. OMG! She was an amazing model an unique catwalk and now she is an amazing speaker and representative of self consciousness and self awareness. I am so happy I somehow ended up watching this video by accident and look at me completely flabbergasted by her words and attitude towards life and mostly important towards herself. I was real impressed with Gisele in this interview. I think she’s often limited and thought of as just being Tom Brady’s wife but she’s truly her own person. I had no idea she left home at 14 and is a twin. It’s funny to me, I practice and have a lot of the same beliefs as Gisele. I had no idea! I enjoyed this a lot.

What is significant about this interview is that the more we hear the way people come to their spiritual awakening, they expand that to the world around them. Being aware of our inner world, and how we know ourselves is the way to growing our souls, beyond the circumstances we find ourselves surrounded by.

She is so beautiful inside out. She is talking about Buddhism meditation in many ways: self-awareness, vipassana, wondering about causes and consequences. She knows body and mind are not together all the times, and meditation bring her mind back into her body . I feel she is trying to say that life is a life lesson, and happiness is the acceptance of whatever coming to you, and being confident, having faith that things will eventually magically work for you. Buddhism meditation will let you be able to watch and observe whatever happen to you rather than be pulled or influenced by them.... she is a wonderful human being. Love her and admire her.

Acceptance is the answers to most of our discomforts. Whenever I’m in resistance or pain, it’s because I will not accept some person, place or thing just the way it is. Brava Gisele Brava❤
I’m am fighting this very thing right now. My anxiety is out of control sometimes. How do you come to acceptance? Meditation really works for this?

My guardian angel, in the “flesh” told me; “that which you focus your attention on, you will get & because I was near death, he told me to depart from this now!💜 This sentiment or wisdom’s are so true, and it took me nearly 50 years, of my life, to realize this is how reality works. Also, never agree with anything, in reality, that exists, that disturbs you; you must purge it, because thoughts become things or reality!💜
