- This video has been a long time coming. Jeremy and I completed this conversion months ago and I have given it a few passes on my street, but only a few and nothing recorded except a take off for Instagram. Well, the time is here and this thing is sweet, but definitely more expensive to build than getting an RTR Team Associated DR10.

How did you get the Lcg chaises to work with the bandit?
I have a Bandit VXL Brushless. I want to convert I'm new to this. But I'm looking for bodies what I don't understand is how or what your doing with the wheel base. The Bandit is only 285mm the body are running in the 325 - 336.
Are you lengthening the wheel base

When u find more power ull have to brace that wheelie bar. It's to flimsy with the top mount location cut off. Itll make car too unpredictable if wheelie bar isnt still
The body rub will naturally work itself quieter after a while, if u wanna fix it the lazy way LOL

im thinking about doing a similar build, im in the same boat prolly gonna buy a bandit roller off ebay. did you just go ahead and purchase a slash lcg chassis? and that bolted right up? im not going to be running traxxas electrnics though ill prolly go castle or tekin with like a 4t motor and a 2s lipo that has some serious burst rating maybe 100c plus.
Yes, the LCG is an easy swap. All your electronics choices sound nicer than mine.

Nah. I just bought it as a Bandit instead of a slash 2wd. Seemed cheaper this way.
If u tighten the suspension shouldn't it stop the rub a lil bit
yes...but it make the front end bounce when it comes back from the initial wheelie. I have 80t shock oil all the way around.
Can you build it from a bandit chassi or do i need a slash ? Great video by the way 😁
Simon Olesen it’s not long enough for most bodies. That’s why I used the slash LCG Kit.

Y don't u stiffen the body up to make it more rigid
weight. I just need to lift the body posts. This was my first real run with it and it was evident that I just need to make an adjustment. I wasn't sure how much it would sit when braking or roll when turning.
