Dame that nice new chassy bet is scraped to heck already its a little too low honestly and i think the front might need the green sway bar also or stronger springs other then that it looked very smooth and i bet that is a fast rig there probably 80mph.
Two things: Are those shields on the rear axles a stock part? I've never seen them before, but then, I wasn't a Traxxas kid.
Second: Black and red makes me want to wire in more red LEDs, fibre optics and light piping.
And would adding just a hair more ride height really hurt it that much? It already looks like you want flint sliders under there for maximum grind.

Same thing I did with my punisher it can actually keep up with 1/8th buggies on road now 💯💯🇧🇧

Would like to see a parts list with price per part! That's probably a 2k sledge? Don't you think, maybe more! Idk Greg I feel like for 800$ you shouldn't have to buy upgrade aluminum shock caps, and 7075 shock towers, and on and on! Don't you think it should have come stock on the sledge? Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful rig! Idk just think they are setting the bar too high!

Yeah, man, 6065 is just for street.
Are the sales so bad on the sledge that they provided you with all those parts?
These have droop screw locations, you didn't need to limit the shocks... but that being said I'd do the shocks to instead probably lol
Lol droop screws are a new concept to traxxas only owners. Gotta see a real race chassis to understand what you have been missing and why traxxas needs their own class to be "competitive" on a racetrack. Too bad the sledge isn't regulation 1/8 truggy size, they could have actually taken part in real racing for once.
am I doing something wrong or missing something? I bought the bluetooth module for my transmitter and downloaded the Traxxas app. When I open the app I can get a lot of info including speed. Maxx, Xmaxx, Sledge, UDR, XRT and a few other models have Traxxas Link built in already and only require the BT wireless module. So what would the need be for the telemetry module like you did, Just GPS?

I'm genuinely curious what did traxxas do? Been outside the hobby for a long time just recently getting back in
@@patrickkeane4507traxxas has done nothing but protect themselves from an aftermarket nightmare. Some cheap aftermarket companies are making upgrades and accessories for traxxas models, and these companies where using Traxxas basically to sell their stuff without tractors with permission. Other than that people are just idiots I love each and everyone of my Traxxas rigs. The origanal comment that started this thread is a typical horizon hobby fanboy. Pay the fool no attention lol.

thought you were gonna do red and black and then proceed to put a chrome body on it with virtually no red or black visible. lol sweet build other then that. red body with some black accents or vise versa would looked way better
