      @BusinessHealthMasters Рік тому +23

      This is correct and it is actually more than a quote. Us humans have developed fear much more than please because we needed to survive thousands of year ago until now. Fortunately for us, we all live in better conditions now, but the developed fear still resides in all of us.

    • @kiehallo
      @kiehallo Рік тому +9

      @@BusinessHealthMasters I think the fact that we live in better conditions now but we have been developed for thousands of years to look out for threats and to struggle, is one of the main reasons why mental illnesses are very common nowadays. I think we had a purpose in that struggle to survive

    • @BusinessHealthMasters
      @BusinessHealthMasters Рік тому +8

      @@kiehallo what you says it very true! You're very smart, honestly. We can look at it this way: we aren't anymore in a phase where survival is our purpose, we are in a phase where evolution as a society is our purpose. To me it's like the next level.
      I do believe that why people have mental confusion more nowadays than before, it's because of several reasons. First of all, what we put in our head is very important, and the more crap (negativity, etc) we put in our head, the worse we become. With all the TV, negative media, social media, etc that is easily available to us, we constantly feed our mind with bad stuff, and we become confused. The other thing, and again this is just my opinion, is that the "parental school" is not what it was before. What I call "parental school", is both your parents teaching you life during your childhood. All the good stuff. Because nowadays 50% of people split or divorce, that parental school is divided. Then, since we spend more time consuming (TV, social media, etc) parents become less smart and spend less time teaching their children. Which then, 25 years later, do the same to their own kids. And it's a downward spiral.
      There are so much good stuff in life, if only we could simply teach all the kids during their childhood, things would get better
      It's very hard to do, because society has made consumption and distraction very easy.

    I stopped watching any TV 17 years ago, never read newspaper, a few articles here and there every odd week or so if even, no social media or whatever one would consider as trash content. I've no idea how anyone adheres to all of that crap like it's their religion without seeing how they're being played. Worst of all, they then dance to that fiddle without having made up their own mind, done their own research, actually looked at how things are. These news outlets and media are all owned by the same two to three companies, they all have an agenda they're following and trying to make you follow it as well. Unless it is the consequence of one's inaction and pure survival, I don't think one's motivation should ever be founded in fear or anxiety. You're essentially killing yourself through stress just because you blindly follow people who have their not your interest in mind.
    If you simply repeat what someone else told you without having given it any thought, is it even your own idea? Of course not. People like that display nothing short of an incapacity to exercise their free will. They're not their own people, simply mouthpieces for ideas they've been given by others. That's a very dangerous road to go down. There's nothing wrong with sharing an idea, there's everything wrong with doing so blindly especially if you're just following everyone else to have a sense of belonging due to a fear of missing out.
    I'll quote something here: "You exercise your right to "freedom" and this is the result. All rhetoric to avoid conflict and protect each other from hurt. The untested truths spun by different interests continue to churn and accumulate in the sandbox of political correctness and value systems."
    These words couldn't be more true today. People have become so afraid, so full of fear and anxiety, they've gone absolutely insane, being completely misled by their emotions and those speaking out against it aren't given dialogue but insulted and ridiculed, sometimes even sabotaged and their attempts at having a discussion shut down by those fearmongers. That's how insanely afraid and fearful people have become by now. It's madness and a testimony of verification to what you're talking about in this video.
    As you've said, practicing mindfulness is a powerful tool to combat all of this.

I depend on myself to stay strong when all I hear about is failure. No one has helped me along my journey. All I have gotten is draining of what I'm suppose to have which is joy. Yo! Thank you, this CONTENT VID, STRAIGHT JEWELS. Nah, but for real this has been brought to the forefront of my attention. Especially subconsciously & I'm glad to because being aware & doing shadow work really helps me unpack a lot of the fear the fear I was taught growing up. So now I'm learning to deprogram & reprogram mind subconscious mind for success even when my family blood has never done before. So thanks man, because I agree & this resonates heavy right now. Social media & other tools are very powerful & even our behavior's words we live by. Great vid. Great context, on point. Let's go!

    UA-cam channels that produce this type of content shouldn't do face reveals.
    Because the information seems more subjective than objective even though all videos are subjective, but im talking relatively.
    Because people judge, and you seem young so people might take you for young, hence unreliable and inexperienced.
    Not to mention the other things that tick people off.
    Even if you did wish to makes videos with your face revealed instead of putting pictures and clips regarding the topic you bounce on, I'd rather do it once I got big as in millions of subs.
    Because this channel will definitely go over a mil subs.

Keep up the fantastic work and hopefully more and more people will be able to comprehend what is being put forth here and actually push to put it into prectice and lead others by example. Yep. My mom and I both had that. We got it right after taking my brother to the hospital for his 2nd stroke.
      Anyway, my mom was TERRIFIED of the plague before we got it. I told her to quit worrying, we'd be fine. Yep. It was like having a really bad flu. She was 86 at the time, had two V's and two boosts and STILL got sick. She was better in a few weeks. I have asthma, so I caught the one with an upper respiratory infection. It took 3 rounds of antibiotics, 2 rounds of Prednisone, lots of OTC cough meds, lots of throat drops, several boxes of Kleenex, and the antivirals (we both got those) - and about 6 weeks - for me to get better.
      I was just starting to come around..... and my brother had to go back in the hospital for dehydration and acute kidney failure. Man, that was scary. The stroke was scary. But you know, you deal with what you got. We got so much going on here, I'm not too worried about the media and all that. Stopped watching maybe middle of 2017 or so. Got sick of Trump Trump Trump.
      Now I am really, REALLY enjoying watching that piece of 💩 fall. I want him to be deported. Lol. I'm pretty sure that is the only way to ensure we'll never hear from him again.

I think the fear aspect is more bills, paying vehicle notes, keeping the lights on, getting the job, not having money. I think that’s where most of the fear of hugs, and not so much of feeling like their lives are in danger.

    This society doesn't care what you think or feel so much as your behaviors are compliant (toward predictably insuring revenue streams). The logistic of the internet is engineering, aka feedback loops. Negativity short circuits dopamine rewards and keeps one perpetually engaged. As financialization is the dominant mode of humans currently, those feedback loops under the language of finance manifest outwardly as risk avoidance, risk management. Complexity does not fit into the language encoded in those feedback loops as they are only geared toward resulting in more of the same. Endless feedback loops of risk avoidance is going to stifle entrepreneurial risk, and innovation. In other words, we are the AI being made to fit into easily predictable patterns of behavior to insure uninterrupted revenue streams... This says more about perpetuating an economic system than quality of life lived.

    This is very true. I’m from Chicago and there are elements that keep a person (especially of color) trapped in a perpetual state of fear. Also the weather makes me completely miserable in the winter. Humans need SUNLIGHT. I get really depressed in the winter, plus there’s illnesses going around in the colder months. I moved to TX recently and I feel so much better, I’m not looking over my shoulders for gang threats, random shootings and police intimidation. When I was a kid, I lived in the city and then moved to the suburbs which was a completely different experience. I came to the suburbs a hostile teen, used to noise and drama. As the years went on, I valued peace and I realized how chaotic city people were. Traffic, noise, densely populated areas and a high level of violence takes a toll on people. I don’t watch the news whatsoever and I Don’t care about balloon head celebrity gossip. The most influential piece of programming is MUSIC. Change what you consume across the board

    1 place I feel like I see this is tv commercials... Cable tv has NONSTOP medicine/pill/disease commercials, one after another, it's like it's brainwashing people into thinking they have these ailments or being afraid of them. Or like acne medicine for kids, who cares about some zits?? But the zit cream commercials HELP CREATE the stigma of having a zit, they always dramatize the experience of having acne when it's just a normal part of puberty. Those zit commercials probably GIVE kids a huge portion of that fear/stress

    Matthew 6:25-27: Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?
    Matthew 10-28: And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

    I fear God, not the worldy life, death is the end of our self development, the curtains of death open, the eternal reality unfolds before us.

    Yeah, I've known some crackheads that prostitute to get their fix. I learned real quick not to speak about it unless you are prepared for them to show up at your house all cracked up threatening to find you on the street. This is the reason people don't like poverty stricken people, hence, low income projects being moved into their neighborhood. Just like poverty stricken people don't like being accused of crimes because they aren't going to get a lawyer that actually cares whether they are guilty or innocent. We all fear what we don't know. I don't think that's programming, I think that's common sense.
