Hi Alex, quick question. I’m a little confused about my diet. Now they are saying you should eat full-fat dairy products. But if I’m in a caloric deficit, it will increase my calories. I just checked - plain Greek full fat yogurt is 170 calories, 4 g of sugar, 0 added sugar. Non fat is 90 calories with the same amount of natural sugar and 0 added sugar. Why is it worse?
It’s not as simple as calories. It’s also about ingredients, and vitamins / minerals and more. So that’s why it might have been suggested. I’m happy to help you more if you’d like to email me and join my community 😄👊
