Well, thank you once again, Kevin. Typically it’s hard to follow each proportionate cut like this, but I was able to see exactly what I’m not doing and what I could be doing! Hey, Kevin - Have you experienced the difference carving between northern white pine and southern yellow pine, and if so, what were your observations? Thank you!

The only different pine I have carved is Jack pine which was very hard. I don’t know if it’s all like that. The other one I use is the eastern white pine which is very soft. I carve this all the time
