This is hard to digest and also harmonal change can effect body eastrogen female hormones can be increased in male it also effects pituitary gland which effects growth hormone that's why doctors advice thyroid patient not to take soyabean foods.

    I think the only issue with soy is that in a non fermented form it can be hard to digest and cause kidney stones. It does not affect hormones.

      Bro daily 500gm dahi with milk is too much... Aapke body me protein se zyada fat content bhar jaega instead of that consume 200gm dahi & 2 scoops of protein powder. (compensate)
      & hamara stomach ek hi time me 30gm se zyada protein absorb nhi karta.. so 25-25g ke sets banao har 3 hours ke baad... This will increase your appetite, digestive power and gut health.

    Weak yes...still regular consumption will harm. Plus, it's mostly GMO like Corn; when it comes to hormones, zero is best. Tofu is a safer version comaparitively.

    Sir i am 19 now mene last year 3 months tak 70 gm soyachunks khaye daily during that months mere chest ek taraf se jyada uth gye aur doctor ne kha apka harmonal disbalance ho gya hai or ye gynecomastia hai .ab ek saal ho gya mera gynecomastia thik hai mene ek saal tak soya nhi khaya.

      Just pyaaz tamatar ka masala bnakar usme soya chunks daal do. (Soak soya chunk in water for 30-40mint and after than squeeze those chunk and remove all water)
      After making masala. Add chunks in them. Cook it for 2-3 mints and at all. Add cooked rice in it like 5-6 spoons are just okay. Not lot of rice. It will be like soya chunk biryani and taste taste so much better b

    Well said brother. I'm 61 now, soy chunks are my go-to protein source, workout 6 days a week, consume upto 450 grams a day cooked, which is around 150 grams dry weight. On leg day may even go upto 200 grams dry weight. It's a power food!!

      Everything is left in soy just like other grains including all Proteins, phytoestrogens and other beneficial compounds

    It definitely made me sluggish when I was consuming it , I now prefer eating a bit less protein that eating soy. Any research doesn't matter if it doesn't work for me. And Soyvengers , you don't need to bash me in the replies.
