In this video I do a diamond rod wrapping tutorial. I will teach you how to do a diamond Rod Wrap. This is a great wrap and can be the base for other wraps or added to other wraps. How to do a diamond wrap is explained in detail in this video. We will be doing more custom wraps in the up coming weeks as we build more custom rods. Custom rod building is something that I love to do and as I grow in it I will keep sharing what I learned to help others. I keep trying new ways to do rod wrapping designs and rod wrapping patterns. Awesome, wrap. Can I ask what sequence for your fade you used? Looks like 2 Green, 4 Blue, 5 green, 6 blue, 5 green, 4 blue, 2 green? I’ve used your video on the 3D “weave” wrap and want to learn this one for my next build.

Thanks for watching. I think you are right on for the sequence, but feel free to change it up. That was size d thread so if you use smaller you will have to do more wraps per color.
