Mini Chocolate Pound Cake Cubes
10 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
1 1/4 Cup (250g) Sugar
2 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup (191g) All Purpose Flour
2/3 Cup (62g) Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup (100ml) Milk
1/2 Cup (119g) Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
*Bake at 350 For about 25-30min Check at the 25min mark with toothpick if there is wet batter then bake another 5min.
*EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO USE THE BAKING TIME I GIVE AS A GUIDE!
Simple Chocolate Glaze (Ganache)
6oz Semi-Sweet (Chopped) Chocolate
2/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (Hot) Heat in Microwave
1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
*Pour Hot Cream over Chopped Chocolate let it set for 2 to 3min
*Stir to combine
*Add another 1oz of Chopped Chocolate 🍫
*I used a Flexible Silicone Bakeware Cube Tray (SF104) 50mm*50mm High 8 Cavities
