    Hi everybody! This is one of the recipes from my recently published book “Sugar Lane’s Café Dessert Class”. The good news is that my publisher is positive about releasing my book in Ebook - they’re just trying to work out the admin side of it (they’ve never done it before, that’s why)

    Sugar 120g
    Eggs 132g
    Cake flour 135g
    Baking powder 2.6g
    Earl grey tea 8.4g
    White Couverture Chocolate 40g
    Syrup (Water: Sugar = 2:1. Melt the sugar in hot water)

    Pls refer to the video. (Pre-heat 190℃) Bake at 170℃ for 20~25mins.

    For some reason, I haven't seen you show up in my notifications lately even though they are turned on. I am so happy I came across this video today.       yeah this works best using a convection oven - it depends a lot on the oven you use.

      이게 화이트 커버춰가 들어가면 그런 현상이 줄어들거든요? 그래서 레시피를 그렇게 구성한거기는한데... 흠... 온도를 살짝 낮춰서 구우시면 조금 나으실 수 도 있을 것 같아요.

    Dear Hanbit,
    May I ask, these yummy chocolate topping pound cake , how do I store it ? Can I keep in fridge ? Or if leave to room temperature, how many days is best to consume ?
    As I know that pound cake if keep in fridge , it will be harden because of the butter ratio .
    Kindly advice . Appreciate your attention .

    향긋한 얼그레이 향과 적당히 달콤한 화이트초콜릿이 넘나 찰떡이네요:)
    파운드는 보통 하루 숙성해서 먹어야 촉촉하니 맛난데 요아이는 당일날 먹어도 촉촉하더라구요~ㅎ
    헌데 한빛님!!
    왜 제 큐브파운드는 사선으로 기울어진 모양으로 나올까요ㅠ
    가운데가 봉긋하게 솟은 이쁜 아이가 안 나오더라구요ㅠㅜ
    그래도 맛은 있었지만..혹시 자문 좀 구해볼께요^^;;

      ㅎㅎ 맛있으시다니 다행입니다. 그게 한쪽으로 유독히 기울면서 올라오는거는 보통 둘중의 하나인데, 팬닝양이 많거나 아니면 오븐땜에 그렇거나 그래요. 보통은 오븐땜에 그래요 - 바람이 한쪽으로 불면서 그쪽으로 계속 기울면서 부푸는거에요. ㅎㅎ 그럴때는 중간에 돌려주시거나 아니면 바람 영향을 좀 덜받는 위치에 놓으시거나 하시면됩니다.

      제 오븐은 벤츠급 큰 오븐이 아니라 위아래 열선이라 바람 영향은 아닌듯하니 팬닝양을좀더 조절해봐야겟네요ㅋ
      반죽이 아까워서 남는것 나눠넣는다고 틀 절반이 넘는 양 이엇던거 같아요^^;;
      중간에 틀 방향도 한번 바꿔볼께요~혹시나ㅎ
      담번엔 한빛님처럼 봉긋하니 이쁜 큐브를 기대하며-♡

    오늘 만들어봤는데 너무 맛있어요 감사합니다! 이번에 출간하신 책도 오늘 주문했는데 기대가 되네요. 그런데 지에라로 170도 20분 구우니 옆면 구움색이 살짝 연한데 어떻게 조절하면 좋을까요? 실리콘 틀 사용은 처음이라 어렵네요

      아 좀만 더 구우시면되요! 이게 오븐따라 다 달라서 2~3분 정도는 부담없이 조절하셔도됩니다 ㅎㅎ

    My cake came out like a cube. There was not dome shaped crack. Is there a way to create the dome shape?

    They are beautiful! Is it possible to request a red velvet cake recipe? I love red velvet, but all of my attempts failed and most recipes doesn’t taste good either..
