Thank you so much Chef for this excellent recipe and tips! I'm a pastry chef myself and I was stunned at how fluffy and light this pound cake was. Most pound cakes tend to have a heavier texture and crumb to it so I was surprised at how light this was. Thanks again Hanbit!

Baking them like muffins should work just as fine right? What if want to bake the pound cake in one big portion and cut them later. Would that work as well?

Try it by 10~20 degrees. It's best to do it fan assisted!

Hi Chef Cho, I used a non stick pan and baked at the temperature u recommended but why only the top is brown but the bottom and sides are not brown?
yeah the heat goes to the top first so that's natural - possible that it's affected a lot by the oven as well.
