    Deadly at 40 yards

Yeah, it would absolutely get the job done, but I think we reached the constriction limit for the shell on this one

I only use flight control ammo, The only gun I don't use it in is my Remington 11-87 super mag I have a buck kicker choke in that shotgun and bucks system stops the cup so I loose the benefit of flight control with bucks choke, but in my old Coast to coast master mag 12 ga with the 30" fixed full choke the federal 3"#4 buck 41 pellets will put 41 pellets in a 12" circle at 100 yards I have video of deer being taken at 100 to 120 yards with that gun I hold the bead about a foot over the deers back and front shoulder flight control turns a shotgun into a rifle almost

I want to get my hands on an old single shot with a really long barrel and a fixed full choke from back in the day to test. I've heard a number of people say that those old "goose guns" can really throw a pattern

I agree your at the maximum constriction for that load. Good thing is its tight group and a smoked deer or hog.

Yeah, I definitely think that's about the choke limit for the shell

I did call Federal and ask them what choke they recommend for Flight Control Buckshot. They recommended full.

We actually tested that if you haven't seen the video. We ran it through everything from a cylinder choke to a full, and it definitely got better the tighter we went. That's why I find all the debates online kinda funny since most people will swear by using a more open choke for best results, when that's not actually the case

Not bad really. I’ve always been curious about buckshot thru a T choke

We actually have a few other videos testing buckshot through a turkey choke on the channel as well with mixed results so far. Check them out if you're interested!

Can you do a gun tour?

But .675 isn't exactly a tight constriction compared to other turkey chokes

Yes that's true, but it also why I wanted to try it and see what happens. If it was really good, we could go tighter, but if not, we know that's about the limit for the flight control wad
