About this video: On my channel, I post monthly videos compiled of clips of MBTA commuter trains on the Newburyport/Rockport Line, the eastern most commuter rail line on the north side of MBTA’s system. The line runs from Boston’s North Station to Beverly, where it splits and continues on to both Newburyport and Rockport. In the September 2024 edition, clips that appear were filmed in the following towns: Beverly, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Rowley, and Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Excellent video my Friends 😊 awesome 😮 greeting 🙋🏻♂️
I remember the 1126/1709 set. Rode it into Boston w/ a cab view one day from Reading (didn't disrupt engineer during trip obv, but we did chat before/after the trip, they were very nice). Also can't forget the goofy L-S-B-S-B-B sets on 1708/1716s sets. Good video
Ah that sounds like a neat experience. And yes, those 2 sets with 3 bilevels existing at the same time was pretty bizarre! Glad ya enjoyed
Great videos love those bells and the MBTA!
I do as well! Glad you enjoyed
Thanks! I’m Glad you did as well!
Nice video!
Thanks !
Another Banger Video Nate!
Thanks again! Glad you got to stop by the line today as well
I really enjoyed the video, however I didn’t see the Rowley station. Maybe it was omitted during editing. I live nearby and would recognize it right away. Thanks again.
I’m very glad you enjoyed, and thank you for the kind words - and yes, you are correct that I did not get any clips at Rowley station in September. The only clip here that was filmed in Rowley can be seen at 5:58 in the video, and it was shot at the Red Gate Road crossing
@@rail_spike_productions I rewatched it again and did see Red Gate Rd crossing. Lived here over 20 years, never knew that was there. lol
