Doesn't all that black paint make your AC work overtime? As a helicopter pilot I know for a fact black private jets and helicopters get unnecessary heat built up. Vanity in this case costs money doesn't it? Or is this a case of disposable income at its finest? BAdass vehicle don't get me wrong but parked in the sunshine this thing is gonna take forever to cool and absorbs heat.
Looks sweet, but I think a camper should be a light cooler, to hell keep it cool in the summer. Matte white would have sill looked tough, while being much cooler
Love the table ideas. Are the hinges flush fit so a laptop isn’t rocking on them? Can you flip the design and have the hinges on the bottom and the folding parts held by magnets so you don’t have to see the hinges? Thanks for the video and the tour.
A standard Front Runner rack weighs 114.6 lbs and I believe the max load limit for a Sprinter is 330 lbs on the roof. I’m curious, how much did everything you installed on the roof including the AC and solar panels and three front runner racks weigh in at?
Hi Jason that customize roof rack is pure brilliance not to mention how you put the solar panels over the AC unit which should increase the efficiency of the AC unit since it’s not getting better down on by the sun anymore! #VanLife #CanyonAdventuresVans
LOL, the solar panels largely block the vents over the top of the AC unit, which will reduce the airflow over the coils and hurt efficiency. The sun on the plastic shroud is negligible.
Yes!!! We have one coming in at the end of the month for installation and to do a photoshoot. We’ll have a complete line of products specifically for the Jayco Terrain.
I never see/hear the consequences with the added weight in these builds. My understanding is the Sprinter doesn't have much horsepower with the engine choices. In California we have hills with hills on them and freeway speeds that will cruise 80 mph UP those hills.
I really like the upgrades. I’m interested in this vehicle with the upgrades and also walkable solar. What would be the charge for the upgrades and how long would it take? Interested in the inflatable mattress to increase sleeping capacity, extra toilet cartridge, is a winch installation also possible?
Awesome looking van and great options as usual from Canton Adventures. Does driver side seat have the ability to swing around with Console Table mod. Thanks
Was it explained in the video what that closet-looking area was behind the platform bed was? I may have missed it, but it seems it was totally glanced over.
That's what a Revel should look like. Alot of custom work done. There's a few companies that specialize in the customization which is real cool. That ones on the right track. I like the paint
Any chance you guys have axle weights and total weight for this beautiful rig. We're shopping a 2024 right now and were amazed how low the OCCC is. Thanks in advance..
These are all very thoughtful options. Using the back garage for seating w/ table is a much better use of the limited space IMO. I just wish someone would solve the A/C power problem for boondocking. I'm in South Florida and 6 months out of the year you need A/C. Let's see someone come up with a diesel generator for the Revel that uses the main fuel tank. Or better, a larger aux tanks for some real range.
What do you store in your garage? Well I have 20 something cushions for the 7 people that can sleep in my van. Really cool looking all black everything. How does that do in the middle of Summer in the desert though?
This is a great video most informative. I really like the Line-X exterior paint job, question, can this be applied in other colors such as the gray, silver, or perhaps blue?
What an excellent idea for solar panels. I never understood how the manufacturers missed the fact that people would want to actually be able to use the roof rack.
Apparently, the craftsmanship of detail work sucks at your company. And that solar panels & maxtrax placement? Dude, u really need to work to creative & feasable solution. But, as we all know, US generally lacks craftsmanship quality in everything. So, US people shall keep their expectations below zero, to avoid any disappointment. And next, you are so chep to make a vid with a cell phone with no editing, etc.

The back storage seats covers the vents for the batteries. How do you keep airflow to them?
Paint job looks good but will work against you in summer time🔥

I wonder how those solar panels stand against hail storms.

Thank you. We’re going to do the same solar setup on our Revel as well.
Glad someone asked about the solar panels over the AC unit
LOL, the solar panels largely block the vents over the top of the AC unit, which will reduce the airflow over the coils and hurt efficiency. The sun on the plastic shroud is negligible.
Excellent roof rack with design and execution but I wonder how do the solar panels handle driving speed and wind?
Outstanding work. You guys took this Revel to the highest level.
Hi Jason, do you have any accessories for the airstream interstate 24x?
Thanks
Panels are not low profile, sticking out like a sore thumb.
How do you use your account with that privacy curtain right there?
will you guys be making the glss and other products for the new jayco terrain ?
Yes!!! We have one coming in at the end of the month for installation and to do a photoshoot. We’ll have a complete line of products specifically for the Jayco Terrain.
@@canyonadventurevans Awesome can't wait to see it, hopefully it will have a microwave
Can I offer my Terrain as your subject 😁
Interested to know how that solar set up (which looks amazing) effects mileage/drag. Great job as always !
Definitely would make a nons-top whistling along with dramatically increasing consumption
Remember, your might Sprinter 4X4 comes with a extremely powerful 4 cylinder now days 😂

Thanks Brian! You will have to take the Console Table leg off to spin your chair around.
Was it explained in the video what that closet-looking area was behind the platform bed was? I may have missed it, but it seems it was totally glanced over.
Mounting the solar panels 10+ inches above the roof adds massive drag / wind noise and is a generally awful idea.
Wow those cut outs through the roof have some globed on sealer..? That’s the cleanest work they can do on a 100m RV?
How much can you put on that roof deck? Surely its used up all the weight capacity by itself.
That privacy curtain blocks the air conditioner.
The privacy screen is money. I'll be ordering one fur sure.
Wondering how much extra drag and wind noise those raised solar panels make.
Meh..... Looks rather cold and uninviting
Awesome job, 👌
Thank you 🙏🏻
Did you repaint it black?
Lol! You really bought and paid this much for one of these. Ha ha!
Joli !
But then u can’t drive under bridges that are 2.8 m ?
How do I order the solar panel relocation kit?

Appreciate it!
Hi Jason. Great video. What did you say this Revel was coated with? Looks great.
Line-X. There are franchises everywhere.
@@canyonadventurevans The whole van is coated with Line X?
These modifications are so so dreamy.
Any chance you guys have axle weights and total weight for this beautiful rig. We're shopping a 2024 right now and were amazed how low the OCCC is. Thanks in advance..
Hey Bert, unfortunately we don't have those weights on hand. Sorry about that!
Looks really solid upgrade must come with a pricey tag
awesome van!
Wow. This is so impressive. One of the best builds I have seen. Gorgeous. Wish I had 100k + laying around :)
@@jimmoses6617 I already have $50k so just need 100k more haha
That is literally one of the coolest looking revels I’ve ever seen 🤤🤤
The Army like quality of the Interieur doesn' t impress.
Would be cool to add tilt option for solar panels
I would buy this. Where do you order from ?
Who makes the side ladder?

Agile has the aux tank and Roam Rig has added the battery power needed.
wow!!!!! vraiment magnifique ^^
Really great customs and very thoughtful. If it were mine, would add a couple cut outs for cups on the console table. Just a suggestion ☺
Too many tables?
So how much is this setup?
Super dall'italia
Aint worth it.
What do you store in your garage? Well I have 20 something cushions for the 7 people that can sleep in my van. Really cool looking all black everything. How does that do in the middle of Summer in the desert though?
Our customer just recently had the finish done on the exterior, so we don’t know what the consequences are in the middle of the summer just yet.
This thing will not see desert :D 99% of Muricans are poser overlanders :D
Dope 🔥
Top!
Amazing!!!!
SOLAR PANNELS. ARE MORE IMPORTANT
I NEED 800 WATTS SOLAR PANNELS
There’s a bath and shower…behind the kitchen
This is a great video most informative. I really like the Line-X exterior paint job, question, can this be applied in other colors such as the gray, silver, or perhaps blue?
A work of pure art!! Amazing.
Ha, thank you 🙏🏻
What...no bathroom?!
Then is useless.
It has a bathroom with shower and toilet
Sweet setup!
Thanks Tuomas
What an excellent idea for solar panels. I never understood how the manufacturers missed the fact that people would want to actually be able to use the roof rack.
It is crazy when you have to make upgrades to an already super expensive RV
It’s only money.
A Sprinter fica perfeita e esse tamanho é maravilhoso, bom acampamento e parabéns pelo pelo trabalho
