Just another note my hubby asked me to post here: The DTE Systems Chiptuning and PedalBox make your Sprinter feel likes an AMG Edition. Super happy with the performance!
We Absolutely Love our RIP Kit, I held off getting it for over two years, thinking the Stock Suspension was pretty good, How much better could the RIP kit be. Well 10 minutes of driving after the install I had my answer, NIGHT and DAY Difference, my only regret is I did not get it two years earlier - THX John
What are the measurements of the useable space for Loveland tray when installed on a Revel? Your website only gives measurements of entire tray, but now I see that the large solar panel takes up about half the space. Can the fan still fully open?

It's tough to say for certain without physically getting a look at a RHD model. But assuming that all the driveline components are the same, most if not all of these upgrades are available for your vehicle.
@T W lol yessir. Yah, I definitely want/need the front bumper with a winch. I would like cross ventilation but I'm okay with the one window as is and just use the AC to circulate the air. An extra window would be too cold up here for winter camping.
@@TW--- We totally love the extra window install. We plan to use our van year-round and while it might be colder in the winter with that added window we will add a Havelock wool insert between the window and the cover to use at night to keep us warm in the winter. But it’s a game changer in the summer when you have the cross ventilation and don’t want the air conditioning on!
@DeeDee Jensen I do agree, the cross ventilation would be great. Unfortunately my van will be surrounded by other gas generators at the MX track. 10 kw for the 48 v AC for the win.
All these added skid plates, bumpers, winches, racks, boxes, side ladders etc….. add a lot of weight. I bet when these vans are all loaded up they are over the gvwr and overweight. What is the OCCC rating on the Revel?
Even with the RV buildout & the accessories we've added these vehicles still leave our shop under GVWR. Now given the relatively heavy weight of these RVs, the factory suspension & brakes to some may feel inadequate. Our RIP Kit (ride improvement package) & Big Brake Upgrade are specifically designed to address these shortcomings. We won't go so far as to say an Agile Sprinter handles like an AMG sports car. But windy stretches of highway, uneven driveways, rough off-road terrain & steep mountain passes are all easily manageable with these upgrades.

The Sprinter was originally built as a heavy-duty cargo van. Axles are thick & plenty strong. We haven't seen one break yet even with the extreme loads the ARB Rear Air Locker puts on it. Now that this van has the appropriately rated leaf springs & shocks, it's rock solid.
We see about 80 vans a month at our shop, and send tons more RIP kits around the country for installation at by our dealers. No strut issues in the 6 rears we've been doing Sprinter RIP Kits.
I want 2 of them & will trade you Gold & Platinum coins for them, right now I am waiting on my Gold & Platinum coins donation, but I have been waiting a long time so should be any day now

I find it weird that they didn't do anything to beef up that rear axle. Such a tiny rear axle, seems like a major weak point.

And in maybe 3 months the struts will need to be replaced. Why do I say that? Because that’s all I do at work.
