I started my spiritual journey almost a year ago after hitting rock bottom because of a health issue, I was doing yoga before that and now that I think of it, maybe that's what pushed it all to begin. and even though my physical health is still not the best but so much of my past trauma came up and I realised that my whole health condition was a symptom of the energy imbalance in my spirit body, and all while I was hurt that my body or my health was not "perfect", it was really just communicating with me, asking me for help. now I don't regret a thing, I'm super grateful for all and beyond. and you and I can only thank the universe more and more for always holding us so safely into it's arms. thank you universe ❤️

    A Yogi measures the span of his life not by the number of years but by the number of breaths. One can take in only a certain amount of energy or prana from the air along with each breath. The vital capacity is measured by the greatest amount of air one can inhale after the deepest possible exhalation (Sivananda 269).🌞🌞🌞✌🏼✌🏼

    • @selinam1704
      @selinam1704 3 роки тому +60

      Hey Selena it's me Selina
      Start small. Like start out spending time alone in your garden if you have one, then around your street then your neighbour hood then go have a drink and chill in a cafe/ park you are comfy in (you could start with a friend/family member, then spend a bit by yourself when they go or start by yourself and meet someone else there after 20 minutes) then maybe try a new cafe that you haven't been to, then maybe look for a place that you would love to go to by yourself and go with a friend a few times then do the meet someone after/before 20 minutes and so on. Maybe do breakfast by yourself somewhere, I feel like it's the least awkward meal to have by yourself I dunno. Take music, take a book, stare at your phone, write down what's freaking you out in your notes, focus on food, do these steps in 12 months or 3 weeks, set your own pace
      Hopefully this is helpful, though I know I am just another Selina, not Hitomi ❤

    always a stunning video. it is very real to watch your channel and sometimes ur energy through the screen is overpowering for me to watch. I envy how well you can communicate your thoughts- i've always felt I lack that way of expressing myself. I keep working on it to this day, hope I will gain this power in my future. thanks Hitomi!

    I'd really love to be able to feel so free and at home in nature, but I am so scared of bugs, ticks, leeches and the disease you can get from them. It hinders me from returning back home to nature, and I'm so tense when I'm there trying to soak in it's beauty. I tend to attract all types of bugs and spiders onto me. I appreciate the insects, but I don't want them on me/near me. Any advice/tips to feel more calm and free in nature?

      maybe set out a picnic mat! make a space for yourself to sit in nature but still away from insects and things like that :))

      I'm super afraid of insects as well! I usually use a spray that deters ticks and mosquitos which makes me feel a lot safer when I go into the forest (also I think there are vaccines for some of the diseases you can get from ticks). Imo sitting on rocks/sand etc is the best place to not have spiders or bugs crawling over you.

      I also struggled with this so I started with walks during cicada season😭 and I would let them land on me and just removed them gently. and it was really really hard the first time but then I realize these little bugs have hearts and breath and move just like us. if they aren't attacking me why am I randomly attacking them because they are simply living. basically I guilt tripped myself and I'm still learning to love them and the rest of this lovely world
