I hit 1300 on 1w6ts 3 years ago, was in the top percentage group but later on I gave up on it because of situations in life. Now Im back and I figure out its only mid tier now. Made me kinda sad and want to get to the top again. Nice video, keep it up man.

Creatine and caffeine are the two most studied and researched performance enhancing supplements, the others that you've mentioned still need prolonged studies for your claims to be scientifically supported. Omega-3 might be an exception to that but I digress. I enjoy your videos, you make great anecdotal points. Just try not to be too misleading with calling something 'scientifically the best.'
Also Andrew Huberman is an expert in neuroscience, not nutrition. His team does a decent job researching other topics but he has been wrong many times in the past, especially with something as complicated as nutrition and supplementation.
If you guys take gorilla mode preworkout or any other preworkout check and make sure you arent doubling up on your supplements, gorilla mode already has 2500 l-tyrosine and 400mg alpha gpc in 1 scoop
You can also make things harder by changing your sensitivity. Many higher level vt member like matty, viscose, cartoon, and minigod have all stated to use sensitivity as a tool. If you like a scenario and you're at a level where you're already good at it, you can raise your sensitivity to focus on precision, this can be done on precision/smoothness tracking and clicking. You can also lower it significantly to put emphasis on speed, i would only do this on scenarios that involve wider flicks like speedts or reactive tracking. There are a lot of playlists that use this technique like clover's tracking playlist and it helps improvement a lot.
