This guy is the best in the world when it comes to anxiety. I felt I had to personally thank him by email. These videos have made 2020 a breeze for me regarding my anxiety.
I just want to share my story with ptsd and anxiety here. I had a minor accident which didn't affect me physically. I hurt my finger and i was shaking. That's all. A few weeks later severe anxiety started kicking in. Fear of two wheelers and other stuff made it worse. I used to feel heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, lump in my throat, loss of appetite, always feeling on the edge, heaviness in my head, chest pains, left arm pains etc... One day,I was almost convinced that i was gonna die, but then it turned out to be a panic attack. I was relieved it was just a panic attack. It's been a year since it happened.During this period I read different books to overcome my anxiety and did yoga and pranayama.Everything seemed to help but didn't completely cure my anxiety.i have been anxious the whole year till now and even now. And now suddenly the left side of my body feels tight and heavy and i feel a little dizzy. I searched it up on google and it said I was gonna die. I searched on UA-cam and boom there's this video. It felt reassuring. It's so tiring, whenever a new symptom comes up, it is kind of difficult to deal with the symptom and the panic that comes with it and in turn aggravates the anxiety and it becomes a vicious cycle. I hope all the anxiety warriors gather strength and get out of this vicious cycle. Also I am gonna add a few things which helped me relieve my anxiety symptoms. i) unclench your butt hole. We tend to tighten and squeeze our butt whole when we are severely anxious. ii) loosen to shoulders iii) Try to blink often. I noticed I didn't blink the normal amount of times a human blinks when he is not anxious iv) loosen your jaw v) try ancient yogic breathing/ dirga pranayama. This really helps vi) make sure your tongue rests on your upper palate. This helps with nose breathing. We tend to breath alot with our mouths when we are anxious vii) try reading books like DARE (helps with anxiety so well, it's a savior),BREATHE by James nestor, The power of subconscious mind and other self help books. While writing this comment, my left side of the body feels tight and heavy. I guess anxiety recovery is a long journey. There's light at the end of the tunnel. I pray and hope all anxiety warriors including me gather strength and get out of this
The pain in the left side of my body and googling turned my anxiety into cardiophobia 🤕 thankyou for those tips they actually worked, I hope you get well soon❤️
I would like to add 1. Start doing meditation 2. Watch BK SHIVANIS VEDIO ,,,DO RAJYOGA MEDITATION DO EXCERCISE. FOR ME BK SHIVANIS VED9OS ON ANXIETY DID HELP,
I had this right leg weakness and sometimes arm. Then I started having pain in my calves mainly and arms as well. Now I'm back to the leg weakness.. I feel so terrible, I overthink every symptom and this sends me into anxiety attacks. I really developed health anxiety and it is the only thing I focus on now. I can't live my life normally🙁I always think I have MS or some other disease. I am 17 now, has this happened to anyone else?
I needed to see this. Ive been scared that everything was in the left side. I felt(feel still) that something was spreading and people weren't catching it
@@Left_coast_bullies I mean I have C-PTSD OCD and severe depression so these things come and go for me ^^ but I understand them more now and I'm not living in a hospital every week because of random issues
@@Kyeskunk that’s good I’ve been trying not to go even though everyday is like you should go but then I get annoyed cus it’s like if it’s bad I would have been there a long time ago and an hour goes by and I’m fine glad it’s getting better though
I've had anxiety, on and off, for a couple of decades, since I was 21. I mostly feel it on my left side. A few years ago I read that happiness is processed in the left brain and fear in the right. This makes sense, because the right brain controls the left side.
Had a panic attack 3 weeks ago that lasted 7 hours. I thought I was going to die for so long. The doctors luckily ran test that came out fine but for the past 3 weeks my left arm has felt weak and even uncomfortable sometimes and I’ll feel either a sharp or uncomfortable pain in my chest. I’ve been dealing with anxiety for 3-4 years and barley got diagnosed. Hope everyone else that’s dealing with this gets better soon🖤,
okay, so i wanna share my story in hopes of helping someone like me. i'm 19 and i believe i have anxiety/health anxiety. i got an attack (crazy chest tightness and pain I thought i was having a heart attack or smth) last week when i was not doing anything at all, like i was having fun with my cousin and not thinking about anything bad at all, however prior to that day, i was so stressed bc i was experiencing some random stabbing pains around my abdominal area which scared tf out of me thinking it could be appendicitis and the thought of going to the hospital in the middle of a pandemic definitely did not help at all. so i would wake up in the middle of the night 2-4 times for days with an extra order of palpitations. after the attack, the stress over random stabbing pains continued however i did not want to go to the hospital because it wasn't constant, i feared the virus, being called as an overthinker, etc. then i got chest tightness and pain again. that time it was my left side up to my shoulder then to my arm, back and neck. it was so tight and painful, i also had palpitations. i just kept on thinking "im young, healthy, and strong" it subsided a little but it was still there. i was so exhausted because i couldn't sleep well so my mind and body were tired. i told my mom i wanted to get checked so i got an ecg at blood test. my doctor told me it was all normal and it was probably stress or anxiety, my random abdominal/stomach pains could be ibs and stress is a huge trigger (but im getting an ultrasound to be sure). my left side, top of my breast, shoulder, and arm have tightness still (which comes and goes) but i'm trying to fix my lifestyleㅡi exercise at least 30 mins per day (cardio), eat well and healthy (food gives you energy so even if you don't feel like eating, eat), watch funny shows, try to meditate/yoga, pray and ACCEPT. prayer and acceptance definitely helped me. i would do my best to think whenever i feel pain "i am healthy, my doctor said i am, i am loved by God, if you want to stay there, then stay. but im moving forward and you can't stop me". also, something my doctor said to me, "you are healthy. you may be stressed about the pandemic but it's been a year and more so we just have to do our best to adjust and compromise. it's because you have so much time in your hands and stress so much that your mind often thinks "so what and where should this body feel pain for today?" so move, clear your head, exercise, be brave etc. it may be hard at first but you gotta start somewhere."
as im typing this, i am also experiencing right side headaches that would occur whenever im not doing anything, wake up, before bed, or just randomly. but i always tell myself that i experienced this before but i'm still alive. all these pains and anxiety-stress must have been all those times i was so stressed at school but i didn't have the time to process them so they all bursted when i stopped to 'rest' tmi but my period is even late bc of stress and i learned that it is actually quite normal so girls, don't panic yet.
So i see this comment after 3 years. And thank you so much because each and every symptom I could relate it of. It's been 2 years and I'm experiencing it horribly and whenever I think of bad disorders I come and watch this video and console myself that it's just that you are overthinking and read comments. So i could relate to all your symptoms. So does it repeat now also? I badly wanted to know that till how many years it will ruin my normalcy? So is that over of you now?
Can I just say thank you. I have been dealing with physical anxiety all the time. Every day I over think about breathing, when I get up or do anything my heart starts beating super fast, I always feel detached from my body, my left side is always numb and I have constant chest pains, I’m constantly worried about my heart and always worried about heart attack. I have been to cardiologists and doctors and all told me I’m ok. I have ptsd and extreme anxiety and I’m only 15. I never thought I could get to this point. This video helped me cope with the over thinking thoughts of heart problems and made me realize that I’m not alone
i feel the same thing, i was diagnosed having PTSD, i feel pain in my left arm for a month now and always concern about my heart, I am done with blood test and ECG , and the doctor told me i have anxiety tachycardia , wherein my heartbeats fast because of anxiety nothing more . but still it makes me feel anxious all the time.
@@cameshpangilinan5199 I might be able to help you with this. As myself overcome most symptoms by a very simple breath work. And it is working wonderfully well...
I've been feeling weak in my left side as if I'd just had a stroke. I keep thinking maybe it's a neurological issue, then dissuading myself from the classic "OF COURSE IT'S A BRAIN TUMOR"! You're right, it's like you're constantly waiting for something to pop up. Crazy disorder, anxiety
I’m going thru this exact thing right now! First I was convinced it was a heart attack but 2 EKGs and a completely normal blood test later it went to breast cancer. After an exam ruled that out it became a blood clot or stroke. Today I have convinced myself I MUST have some kind of tumor in my spine affecting all my nerves on the left side. Because I’ve been wrong all the other times , what if THIS is the time something really is wrong? After all how would you truly know if you always have anxiety? So horrible living like this 😩
i’ve been having the same feeling i was just really sick 2 weeks ago i thought i had 4 different diseases throughout that whole time panicking and everything. now i’ve had headaches for 3 days and my left forearm has been tense and i’m scared if this is the time something might be wrong
I have this weird numbness in my arm and leg on the left side. It feels dull as if my arm and leg aren't there and I feel out of touch when I'm walking like they are not working together properly. But this feeling has gone from one side of my body to the other. It's super uncomfortable to live with I always think I'm going to die or have a stroke.
I'm dealing with this now, I had mri, echo on my heart, cat scan, echo on neck arteries, and blood work, they said it was all normal. My anxiety is through the roof!
This is the first time someone has symptoms almost exactly like mine and has found a solution to it. I have one-sided symptoms on my right side: right sided headaches, constant pain & stiffness in my right arm/shoulder, pain in my right leg, abdomens...all throughout. Its been this way since a year, and two neurologists' later, I still kept thinking they are missing something. I never thought my anxiety could be the cause... definitely going to try and give this perspective a shot.
Hi i am having same issue in right side of my body tingling pressure in right top of my head some times really scares me alot weakness in right side of my arm and leg sometimes pressure in right side of face and jaw it comes and goes away i dont know what is this i went to Neurologist and neurosurgeon both said its because of depression and anxiety well please tell me about you how are you feeling now thanks
@@ahsankhan-ty4fu I was told the same by my neurologists, and I dismissed their opinions because I didn't feel depressed/anxious. But after a few months, I realized that I actually hold a lot of tension in my body on the right side (for example, I clench my jaw but only on the right side when I sleep). So there might be some truth to what the doctors said - it isn't something physically wrong w my body but a mental thing

Guys, this is so horrible. I've spent so many years worrying about my health. First it was my heart, which I'm still super scared about. But now it's numbness on one side of my face and body. I'm so tired of having such horrible thoughts. I don't think I've ever had a panic/anxiety attack, but I still feel I'm constantly worried of anxious about something
Same, I literally think about and focus on these stupid symptoms alllllll day! I try to distract myself but the entire time I’m still fixated on it. Tried to get my mind off it by taking my kids to the aquarium today and I kept checking my reflection in the fish tanks to see if my left leg looked more swollen than my right (dealing with blood clot fears now, after it being a heart attack for months) 😖 lmao it’s so ridiculous but I’m so exhausted, I just want to live normally
@@nyceexo53 it's genuinely a horrible feeling. Something that people don't understand if they've never experienced it before. I hope you feel better. Let 2023 be our year of a better future

"Before the beginning of this century, Frued and Josef Breuer had recognized that neurotic symptoms [such as] hysteria, certain types of pain and abnormal behavior are in fact symbolically meaningful. They are on way in which the unconscious mind expresses itself, just as it may in dreams; and they are equally symbolic. A patient for instance, who is confronted with an intolerable situation may develop a spasm whenever he tries to swallow: He "can't swallow it". Under similar condition of psychological stress, another patient has an attack of asthma: He "can't breathe the atmosphere at home". A third suffers from a peculiar paralysis of the legs: he can't walk, i.e., "he can't go on anymore". A fourth who vomits when he eats, "cannot digest" some unpleasant fact. I could cite many examples of this kind, but physical reactions are only one form in which the problems that trouble us unconsciously may express themselves. They more often find expression in our dreams". -- Carl Jung
The left side of my chest (above my breast) feels ticklish and my left arm feels weak every night. I always overthink about it until I will have an anxiety attack. Ugh I hate anxiety!
Bro, please can you make a video about symptom hopping. Like just when I am about to recover from one sensation or one disease fear. I have a problem where the right side of my body feels a lot different than my right. I especially notice it when I work out, I have the same strength on both sides, but my right side just feels weird/ uncomfortable when in use. I also have bad anxiety so I'm hoping my problems are just between my two ears and anxiety is to blame for this. I've been to various doctors and they said I am fine, but part of me doesn't believe them.
Nothing has ever described what I feel this accurately. Went to a neurologist and spent like 30 minutes just listing my symptoms. He carefully listed and even asked questions with a serious face, then he looked at me, looked at the paper in front of him, and wrote "Panic disorder".
It's bad when you can't figure out if the symptoms are legit thing or just in the mind. Since I lost my brother to a stroke everything scares the living daylights. Right now my left side is weaker then right and my brain is concerned it's a stroke just waiting to happen even though I use right side so often it makes sense for it to be weaker then the other.
38 Year old Male, healthy, rarely get sick or have any medical issues. I started having panic attacks 3 years ago, randomly, seemingly for no reason. Recently i started on Testosterone Replacement Therapy because i have around 300, which is very low for someone my age. As soon as i started getting Testosterone shots, my anxiety started fading and now is a distant memory. Males and females, consider having testosterone/estrogen levels checked.
My systoms are suddenly on the left side as well. Which makes 0 sense to me. I don't sleep on my left side at all so i don't know why i keep feeling like i can't breath on that side. Or i have terrible muscle pain on that side. The right side is perfectly fine tho.
Thank you for taking the time to make these videos and explaining things! You have help me understand what I’m feeling and it’s nice to know that I’m not the only one having odd symptoms and that there is no way I’m having multiple heart attacks in a single day or that my heart is failing me. It took me a whole year to accept and realize that nothing is wrong with me.. It will always get better.! Never worse.!! Accept it, its anxiety nothing else is wrong.!!
I’ve had a squeezing sensation on the left side of my body it started on my lower left abdomen and it’s worked it’s way up to my left side of my head and eye socket. I went to a cardiologist not too long ago (cause I was dealing with a sore chest at the time) and they said my EKG was normal so I wasn’t going to have a heart attack. Granted my blood pressure was a little bit high but I’m on the right track to take care of myself more. I’m at the point where I could possibly have cancer and everyday it’s always a new type of pain that is on a random part of my body. I’m going to see a urologist soon for more answers but hopefully then there will be nothing wrong with me.

It can cause anxiety symptoms and pains. Research dirty genes, and MTHFR. It’s helped many people with anxiety
It all started when i was really young, i used to feel some weird pressure on left side always and it started bothering me, i used to think about it all the time and it reached to a point where i started having panic attacks and anxiety issues. So i really think how good i would have felt if i would know that i m not alone in this at that time😢. Really a good work u r doing Adding some of the things i faced so that it may help someone. Whenever i drink something i feel some weird feeling in left side of chest. I cant sleep on any one side. Shortness of breath especially when so many people are around. Chest pain in left side for couple of days after anxiety attack. Tingling in whole body during panick attack. Avoidance of certain places, people and situation. Sleeplessness days before some special event. The list goes on and on 😂
Holy crap!! I never thought I'd find a video of this!! I thought I was actually crazy!! When I started my anxiety it started with the right side of my body, then it changed to the left side and never went back to right side. Except in my face. It was the scariest thing in the world. It took 3 months to get rid of, I quit smoking cigs, quit drinking caffeine, ate better and changed my life and my stress and it went away after 3 months!
I had just experienced panic attack last midnight. I woke up at first because I felt chest pain and I could hear my heart palpitation. However, when I started to think that what if I would have a heart attack at that time, I began to experience chest pain and tightening, palpitation and had a hard time breathing. I thought I had a heart attack. Yet after a while it went away. That was how my anxiety sometimes bothering me.
Anxiety is scary but you can use your "down" time to learn more about it and ALSO work on things that you want to do and achieve. Being just a tiny bit happier and prouder every week will drastically lower your stress over time!
im so glad, cuz ive went to multiple doctors, 10 blood test, x rays, scans, and nothing, my life has been stressful and they have told me its due to anxiety and panic attacks, i felt lost and felt like eventually i would just drop dead out of no where, this video and comments really helped me calm down
The slightest bit of pain on my chest sent me into a full on panic because im thinking im going to die of a heart attack, ive been living in fear and constant duress and not having a solid answer, no matter what doctors said theres always one thing in my head that lingered, doubt, i would always be a ok for a little but when it started again it was a constant cycle
Anyone with left arm left shoulder pain tight and left hand feels heavy feels like you lifted it up for days ??? And left leg pain too????if so Please reply me
I have panic disorder. I have been feeling numb on my right head, face, arm and leg for days. I'm so worried about getting stroke or nerves problem. What makes me more worries is that my cholesterol is very high and currently on medication 😭
I recently had a migraine with aura attack where my the left side of my face went numb and my hands went numb and it spread up my limb. I phoned an ambulance and got myself checked and everything was fine. Bloods, ecg etc. I was convinced I had suffered a mini stroke and the doctors up A&E reassured me everything was ok. Since then though I’ve had severe health anxiety and can’t convince myself I am ok. I have it in my head that something is still wrong and they missed something. I did the same thing and research symptoms since then I’ve had weird feelings in my body. I get constant dizziness, light headedness and when I go out it gets worse. I feel like I am gonna fall over and collapse like my heart is going to give out. It really does suck and I have had it for 3 weeks now. It’s like I know I am ok but cannot convince myself and my brain. It is like I believe I have suffered a mini stroke even though I have been checked several times. I even went up A&E again to get a second opinion and still it does not sink in.
My worst part is on my right side of my face, arm & leg feel jelly, weaknesses, numbness like im gonna get a stroke everyday anyone experience too as this????
I’ve been feeling weak on my whole right side for over a year including swollen lymph nodes and bad head pains I just got a mri my brain and spine are fine and my blood work and urine work is pretty normal no stds no cancers but I still feel like something is wrong … idk how to stop this feeling it’s taking over my life 😢
I'm recovering from a major anxiety flair up and now I feel normal in most aspects however my left arm and leg feels weaker than the right and my left cheek feels numb and tingly. I went to the ER a couple days ago and they did a head CT. They couldn't find anything wrong with me. They also did a weakness test and I have full strength in my left side. It just feels weak. There's a number of causes for this feeling. First I'm right dominate which means my left side is already a little bit weaker than my right. I've been in bed for 23hr a day the last two weeks so muscle weakness is not surprising. I drive using my left arm on my steering wheel and my left leg propped up with a little constant tension and with the atrophy my muscles have gone through that's a lot of work for them to start out with. Also I have bearly eaten anything. I know my electrolytes are low especially potassium and magnesium. Also my protein is probably low so going back to life is difficult because my muscles do not have fuel. I keep thinking about it. I'm pouring a lot of focus on it and that elevates the symptoms more. I'm noticing it more because I'm putting too much concentration on it. The numbness and tingling in my face... When stressed our neurons fire is not so helpful ways. This can produce many sensations that may feel uncomfortable. I know all of this but it is still so scary. Even when I'm not "anxious" it's still there and bothersome but there's nothing wrong.
Hello Don! im dealing with the exact same symptons as you are describing, its living hell! Thank you for this comment, it makes me feel a bit better😮💨 hope you are feeling better🙏🏼and if you are what did you do to take your mind off of these symptons?😊
@@melkorkadilja217 hey I posted this comment early in the onset of my symptoms. They got worse and I had my girlfriend take me to another er in another town that's a lot better than my local er. They did an MRI and found three lesions on my brain. They asked me if I have migraines and I said yes. They and my doctor believes I have something called "atypical migraines". They are basically migraines that are not typical. They can vary in symptoms and symptoms duration. They can come eith or without pain. They are random and act as so. I see a neurologist on the 16th to confirm it. However I am doing better! Especially after I started taking magnesium, supplements and herbs that helps with migraines. I usually only get it when I wake up for a little while and then goes away. And one more time thought out the day for about and hour and usually happens at night. I have had symptom free days as well so I am definitely healing. I am much better than I was a few days ago and I am happy about that. I'm starting to enjoy life again. Been hanging out with my friends, time with my girlfriend is better because I'm not so concerned with my strange symptoms and I'm feeling happiness again. My suggestion to you is, talk to your doctor. Get him or her to refer you to a neurologist and try to get some test done just to be sure you are okay. Just know there's actually a lot of minor health problems that can cause all kinds of crazy symptoms so just stay calm. You will be in my thoughts and prayers! If you need any advice on what I did to start feeling better just let me know!
Sir I have same issue from last 4 years I don all test related to hard ECG.ECHO.TMT all is clear but my heart beat is fast 93 but now I facing lift side hand and foot finger pain kindly advise sir
I've been dealing with anxiety for a while now and recently my left sided neck keeps twitching whenever I swallow repeatedly. As a result I can feel all this tension on my left side, forcing me to sleep the other way all night long. This video is an eye opener. I just don't know to make it go away or at least stop focusing on it.
I am glad that the video helped. The thing with any anxiety symptom is that you cant really tackle one specific symptom. The overall goal should be to get your general levels of stress lowered so that your mind doesnt have this negative thinking twist. Once you manage to get out of that overwhelmed/hyper stressed state you will be able to distance yourself from the fear of the symptoms and learn to see them for what they are.
@@learningtobass I'm glad to know that. Well, I'm currently suffering from anxiety and its feel-like-death symptoms and effects in my body is making a huge toll in me. I cannot see any improvement now but I'm still hopeful that I'll get through this. Best wishes, bro!
Yep! Although for me: Almost all on the right side.... From upper mid torso to the bottom of the foot ... numbness, tingling, burning, throbbing and itching sensation to varying degrees at various times. Tight chest, cannot breathe, heart pounding..... If then anything caused me to stress out, I could feel the cortisol and adrenaline flood into the body and really send the right side into full shut down. It started going into the face, sinuses, neck and arm. 💯 Of the right side of the body! Oh yeah, then there are the migraines..... 😕 Praying... Paying attention (focusing on) to my relationship with God is helping tremendously now. Not all 'healed' yet but better. Letting go of the past traumatic memories, Staying hydrated, walking, allowing myself to heal. Be good to yourself! It is real!! You're not crazy! Thank you for the video
I have like a jelly feeling only in my left leg. It started out with my foot twitching, I had restless leg one day I focused on it so hard and now it just feels like jelly whenever I bring attention to it. Still twitches every once in a while. Told my doctor and he said it didn’t bring any ideas to mind.
Does anyone get one that switches sides... I feel tension on left arm and left leg and face and sometimes it switches to the right side. I'm so tried of it. I hate being anxious that I will die soon. Does anyone else feel this?
1year left leg and left shoulder pain, the pain is move from left shoulder to the right shoulder, again 1 year, but the leg its the same, im feeling stuck😕 😔
To add. Ever since something happened to my back? I have all these symptoms and it’s so scary! Numbness, tingling that radiates to my chest! Very scary. Had paramedicss at my house 2x! And had a ECG done! I still feel like somethings wrong with my heart. I’m under slit of stress these days. I’m trying to keep calm but it’s very challenging. Especially with a autistic child. Who’s meltdowns cause me to cry! How much stress can a person take???🤦🏻♀️😢☹️🙏🏼🙏🏼😂
i started hearing my pulse in my left ear and now the left side of my neck is tense. it’s freaking me out so bad i keep thinking something is wrong with my arteries
i am also facing severe anxiety..and one side headache with pain ,weakness in right side leg, hand from 18 months ..what could be the reason..how to get rid of it..
Did you ever have numbness around your mouth? I have tingling around my left side of mouth and numb left tongue. All the same other symptoms you mentioned.
I was scrolling through the comments to see if anyone mentioned this. I would like to know the same. The numbness is on my left side only. It starts in my fingers, travels to my hand, continues up my arm then to around my eye, then my face, then, my lips and then my tongue. I try to speak and can't and I sound as though I am having a stroke.
hello, its been a month im feeling numbness in my right cheek, did all the checks MRI, neurologists physical tests, blood tests everything is fine. but why am i feeling this on the right side of my face? i cannot take it anymore
Ok, help. I've had for almost 2 months now. A headache. It's worse on my left side. It's like a constant knot pain in the back of my head, shoulder and now my arm has been aching and hurting down to my elbow. Haven't been to doctor. Feels like tension. Other side hurts, but not as bad. MEH. I love these videos so much, but I'm struggling.
I had had X-rays , neurological test , about everything to figure out why my eye twitches and my face goes numb when I exercise ... or just a random time this is a daily life for me. For the past 2 years it has been life deliberating I’m on anxiety medicine and all that it just seems like when I start to think about my eye twitching ... about 5 min later it will start and then the sensation will go right into my nose and then my entire face will be numb until I calm down. Has anyone had these symptoms ?
I feels shotness of breath doing any physical thing like lifting or jumping or walking upstair, twitching all over the body, frequent urination, sharp electric pain in some body parts, chest discomfort, excess gas passing..... is it anxiety? I am only 18 😣

We tend to tighten and squeeze our butt whole when we are severely anxious.
ii) loosen to shoulders
iii) Try to blink often. I noticed I didn't blink the normal amount of times a human blinks when he is not anxious
iv) loosen your jaw
v) try ancient yogic breathing/ dirga pranayama. This really helps
vi) make sure your tongue rests on your upper palate. This helps with nose breathing. We tend to breath alot with our mouths when we are anxious
vii) try reading books like DARE (helps with anxiety so well, it's a savior),BREATHE by James nestor,
The power of subconscious mind and other self help books.
While writing this comment, my left side of the body feels tight and heavy. I guess anxiety recovery is a long journey. There's light at the end of the tunnel. I pray and hope all anxiety warriors including me gather strength and get out of this

Same as me
okay, so i wanna share my story in hopes of helping someone like me. i'm 19 and i believe i have anxiety/health anxiety. i got an attack (crazy chest tightness and pain I thought i was having a heart attack or smth) last week when i was not doing anything at all, like i was having fun with my cousin and not thinking about anything bad at all, however prior to that day, i was so stressed bc i was experiencing some random stabbing pains around my abdominal area which scared tf out of me thinking it could be appendicitis and the thought of going to the hospital in the middle of a pandemic definitely did not help at all. so i would wake up in the middle of the night 2-4 times for days with an extra order of palpitations. after the attack, the stress over random stabbing pains continued however i did not want to go to the hospital because it wasn't constant, i feared the virus, being called as an overthinker, etc. then i got chest tightness and pain again. that time it was my left side up to my shoulder then to my arm, back and neck. it was so tight and painful, i also had palpitations. i just kept on thinking "im young, healthy, and strong" it subsided a little but it was still there. i was so exhausted because i couldn't sleep well so my mind and body were tired. i told my mom i wanted to get checked so i got an ecg at blood test. my doctor told me it was all normal and it was probably stress or anxiety, my random abdominal/stomach pains could be ibs and stress is a huge trigger (but im getting an ultrasound to be sure).
my left side, top of my breast, shoulder, and arm have tightness still (which comes and goes) but i'm trying to fix my lifestyleㅡi exercise at least 30 mins per day (cardio), eat well and healthy (food gives you energy so even if you don't feel like eating, eat), watch funny shows, try to meditate/yoga, pray and ACCEPT. prayer and acceptance definitely helped me. i would do my best to think whenever i feel pain "i am healthy, my doctor said i am, i am loved by God, if you want to stay there, then stay. but im moving forward and you can't stop me".
also, something my doctor said to me, "you are healthy. you may be stressed about the pandemic but it's been a year and more so we just have to do our best to adjust and compromise. it's because you have so much time in your hands and stress so much that your mind often thinks "so what and where should this body feel pain for today?" so move, clear your head, exercise, be brave etc. it may be hard at first but you gotta start somewhere."
as im typing this, i am also experiencing right side headaches that would occur whenever im not doing anything, wake up, before bed, or just randomly. but i always tell myself that i experienced this before but i'm still alive.
all these pains and anxiety-stress must have been all those times i was so stressed at school but i didn't have the time to process them so they all bursted when i stopped to 'rest'
tmi but my period is even late bc of stress and i learned that it is actually quite normal so girls, don't panic yet.
If you smoke weed you might have something called CHS look it up it’s caused by cannabis
I have a similar problem too
I am going through that left side weakness right now. Thanks for the reassurance. I was sure I was having a stroke.
I'm so sorry. How do you feel these days?

How are you feeling now?
Same here! Hence why I am on here looking at this video now 😥
Exactly same
I’m going thru this exact thing right now!

I also have these symptoms but on my left side. It’s really hell to live with. Hope you get better🖤
I've never had a panic attack, but my stress symptoms also only happen on the left side of my body. Chest pains, tingle in my hand and arm, leg, etc. Glad to know I'm not the only one with this left sided problem. It really is extremely concerning without knowing the cause.

Numbness on one side of face causes me to freak out ab a stroke 🙃🤦🏽♀️
I can relate big time! Would constantly be touching my face, pinching and comparing it to how it felt on the other side
Same. I've been dealing this fear for almost 5 years, on and off. Most of the time i thought i am already cured.
Does it feel like a goosebump sensation that spreads to the upper arm for only a few seconds?

How r u ?
Can i get back to normal lifee?
R u okay ?

When I started my anxiety it started with the right side of my body, then it changed to the left side and never went back to right side. Except in my face. It was the scariest thing in the world. It took 3 months to get rid of, I quit smoking cigs, quit drinking caffeine, ate better and changed my life and my stress and it went away after 3 months!

However, when I started to think that what if I would have a heart attack at that time, I began to experience chest pain and tightening, palpitation and had a hard time breathing. I thought I had a heart attack. Yet after a while it went away. That was how my anxiety sometimes bothering me.

Are you okay?

@@ImprovementPath I'll remember this forever. Thank you so much. This actually made me feel better.
@@learningtobass how are you feeling now?
@@dominicfetizan1119 Hey man. Much better. Im doing therapy and my anxiety is less intense. Im on the right track!
@@learningtobass I'm glad to know that. Well, I'm currently suffering from anxiety and its feel-like-death symptoms and effects in my body is making a huge toll in me. I cannot see any improvement now but I'm still hopeful that I'll get through this. Best wishes, bro!
Yep!
Although for me:
Almost all on the right side....
😕
Praying...
Paying attention (focusing on) to my relationship with God is helping tremendously now.
Not all 'healed' yet but better.
Letting go of the past traumatic memories,
Staying hydrated, walking, allowing myself to heal.
Be good to yourself!
It is real!!
You're not crazy!
Thank you for the video
So True Migraines r d worst and weird sensations in d head drives me insane. We need God To Help Us
You're the man!! Thank you for the constant help the past 6 months your videos are always on point much love!!
I appreciate that! :)
Anyone feel pain on the right side of their body? Arm, shoulder and leg?
Yes...what r ur other symptoms
Does it last only for a few seconds?
I'm having this now... How are you now? Did it go away? Because I'm constantly worrying about it
Does anyone get one that switches sides... I feel tension on left arm and left leg and face and sometimes it switches to the right side. I'm so tried of it. I hate being anxious that I will die soon. Does anyone else feel this?
Yes it happening with me ? How r u now?
How much stress can a person take???🤦🏻♀️😢☹️🙏🏼🙏🏼😂
Same with me
Wow something happened to my neck and 2 months later the left pain and numbness began
i started hearing my pulse in my left ear and now the left side of my neck is tense. it’s freaking me out so bad i keep thinking something is wrong with my arteries
i am also facing severe anxiety..and one side headache with pain ,weakness in right side leg, hand from 18 months ..what could be the reason..how to get rid of it..

"FEAR"! That's the magic word! The demons work through your FEAR....
@@anigmarie what you doctor said?
hello, its been a month im feeling numbness in my right cheek, did all the checks MRI, neurologists physical tests, blood tests everything is fine. but why am i feeling this on the right side of my face? i cannot take it anymore

Do a video about the heat on the back of the head when anxiety hits or the whole head heat
Happens to me all the time. Feels like I’m going to pass out

My face gets numb sometimes when I exercise too. And out of nowhere, one side of my head gets tingly, kind of like a goosebump sensation
How r u now plllllzzz pllllzzzzz reply me facing same problem

Has anyone experienced these symptoms that occur only on one side of the body for days, weeks????
Yeah I have the same on the left side
What are your exact symptoms? I've been experiencing face numbness.
I feels shotness of breath doing any physical thing like lifting or jumping or walking upstair, twitching all over the body, frequent urination, sharp electric pain in some body parts, chest discomfort, excess gas passing..... is it anxiety? I am only 18 😣
