Helllooooo NEPAL! So since I was staying in Kathmandu I decided to try and focus on the Newari Cuisine. The Newar people are the historical inhabitants of the Kathmandu Valley and its surrounding areas in Nepal, so I felt like this would be the right thing to do. Let's just say I made the right decision as I ate my way through a cuisine which I was mostly unfamiliar with, I found myself enjoying so many delicious spice packed dishes. Not to mention the friendly people, gorgeous scenery and history that was surrounding me. I hope you all enjoy this video and look forward to the others I have coming out soon!!! Much Love, Max McFarlin
Max McFarlin jhol momo is kind of ktm culture Now when u go to Pokhara try their local momo with buffalo hot soup nd try MixThukpa with spicy achar 🤤 I’m drooling wanna go Nepal 😭

Hello newari people. I'm from Magar community and I recently live in Bhaktapur. The city is great with great people and I love Newari food specially Samyabazi and love from Magar community ❤❤❤
I don’t usually comment on/like videos....I’m a UA-cam creeper! But this was SO cute!! I love seeing people try Nepali Newari food for the first time and love it! Man, after watching this I got so hungry and I just ate dinner! My husband is Newari and we live in Nepal but we don’t eat that good stuff on a daily basis. That’s like party food for us, lol. You did the KTM food tour RIGHT. Much respect for that positive and in-depth review of the vibrant and intense Newari cuisine. Newari people are all about feasting, BBQ-ing, and drinking (with plenty of meaty, salty, savory, fried, tangy, greasy, crunchy, multi-textured, spicy drinking snacks, of course). Thanks for helping introduce so many more people to Newari food!
"Im a YouTueb creeper" hahahaha I just died laughing. Thanks for this awesome message, I am glad I could do it justice. There is still so much more out there though!
The soft spoken commentary makes for such a likable, watchable video, as opposed to the over-the-top enthused vibe. Good job! Makes me wanna go cook some chatamari already.
Newari cuisine is rich tasty and vibrant... i am not newar but i believe they have more than 84 different recipe and all are awesome... i love it more than any cuisine in the world..
In my opinion Newari cousine encapsulate the true spirit of Nepalese food.....famous food such as MoMo, Thukpa, Chatpate that everyone knows and loves are just an enhanced version of foreign food that we adapted to our palate...... all greatest food ever but not a true Nepalese food.
