I love your seated stretch routines, but decided to push myself for this one. WOW what an effective session! Some of the poses were most demanding, but what amazed me is that so many of them were entirely new to me. I plan on perfecting some of the more challenging moves, but have come away feeling energized to the extent that this routine serves as a mini workout. GREAT ideas, GREAT stretch. Anastasia

I recently found your channel and have been doing a workout most days for about 3 weeks now. I feel so much better and it beats walking on busy city streets. I do walk in the park and aqua jog a couple of times a week, and do some yoga, but this is a great all round support for those other activities Where do you get your shoes? I live in NZ so maybe I can get them online? I workout in the living room barefooted but your shoes look like they’d be good for my park walks. I have arthritis in one foot so it’s often a bit stiff (especially in the winter) but your shoes look like they have good flexibility. Thanks for all you do 😊

Most of the shoes that I wear are Pumas...they are super comfortable, have very little tread and are great for indoor 'carpet or rug' workouts. I wouldn't recommend the ones with very little tread for outdoors simply because they slip more easily (especially if it's wet out). I hope you continue to enjoy the variety of my workouts!

Just what I needed- two weeks into vacation- I’m getting enough steps in but was missing my stretching! Nice and quick stretch while waiting on my grandsons to get home from school so we can head out geocaching 😊(weather hasn’t been cooperating so fitting it in while we can 😊)
I will do it 🧘♀️ perfect for my first exercices in morning. Oh ! And after the short one . Like you said every moment we need to relaxe. And when we have to come back in the present, the moment here and know 🙂 And to feel better in my body 😼 Thank you Jules I love it. Have a nice relaxe week 🍃🍁🍂

I keep hearing about the rebounder and was offered one, but I just feel like not enough people have them and then the video won't be watched.
