Can we just take a moment to appreciate that these guys listened and started using a clear container when mixing? Shows they really listen to their audience.
Oh my goodness. That is Perfect together. My granddaughter would flip. Thank you guys for honoring such a great tradition. Love the new clear mixing containers. YOU GUYS ROCK
I think that looks absolutely crazy I bet it would look even better if you guys had a sunny day instead of an overcast one. Keep up the good work Fonzie and team!
This would look insane to also throw a hypershift in with the super flakes over a black base. Love all the absolutely crazy ideas but the results are even crazier coolest channel IMO!
I honestly like it- gives me 90's princess vibes. You could make an Ice Princess dip by possibly doing the flakes first, then a pink-blue shift on top?
Great video, the flake looks like what we used to be able to get in the 90s called Fireflake, it came in a wide range of colours and a lot of people used it for ski boats Cheers Andrew
I love how it looks, but then again I am a lover of most things that are unique. I really appreciate that fact that you care enough to teach and present the paint process in an interesting and informative manner. Thank you.
I actually dig it. It has two Sorento different personalities. Looked like a matte hot pink from a distance, but crazy 80s metallic hot pink up close. I see everyone mentioning different colors with this process. Would anyone else want to see a video like he did with the house of color pigments over metallic base on the speed shapes. Just so we get an idea of what this flake looks like with all colors?
I may not like pink, but I can always appreciate a beautiful paint job. This turned out perfectly, and would fit in at either a breast cancer awareness convention, _or_ a Barbie convention. I can't hate what turned out great! 😄
This is awesome, id love to see it with blue! And i have another experiment request, maybe you could try using what the nail polish people call chameleon flakes over a black base, that could turn out really awesome i think!
That mix is sweet. Metallic pink can look bad on certain things but this car is rocking it. Also, always love your mixing/spraying music. Gotta let me know what they are.
I'd like to see this played with to achieve different effects. For starters: from far enough away (but not too far), the car looks wet. I'd love to see what this looks like on a dark base.
This turned out dope ! I would love to see this done with a black base coat and that chrome flake and then a Candy Apple color on top done with a Green/Red shift. I think that would look incredible.
I think it looks awesome! I would love to see what pearl white looks like with the super flakes. I was amazed it didn’t look splotchy with that heavy of a flake.
I may be gay, but you would not find me driving a car that color. I would call that color "Orchid" instead of pink. We grow orchids and some are almost exactly that color, they just don't shine as beautifully as that Metal flake paint job. Well done DYC !
Question: Would using that flake and candy pink over a cars current factory black make it a more "subtle" pink ? (meaning, does it pop more, because you used an aluminum base)
The flakes spinning was like a Star Trek Transporter XD upgrade. It looks great! I would like to see it in other colors; and do they have a gold metallic or a gun metal?🤔
Legit made me cry. I lost a friend to breast cancer a couple years ago. She was only 41. I have 2 other friends who are as young if not younger battling it right now. This car turned out fantastic ❤
Love it. In life, I tend not to like pink. But when it comes to a car it’s just such a power move. And it doesn’t look textured to me! The reflections are nice and smooth.
I dig it. I'm aging myself...68. The aluminum pops and fades. I like that. From a distance it appears as a solid deep violet. Up close it is way different. Bravo.
wow!!! it came out pretty good. I wasn't expecting this at all, but I prefer the flakes to be sprayed on the same base color with clear coat on top of it.
*Would you rock a metallic finish like this?*
I would Rock the hell out of that, very nice Buddy
Yes i would
Color aside it looks like a high class bed liner texture
Very cool but personally would go with a different candy, not a fan of pink. Totally understand why you used pink
Yessir!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate that these guys listened and started using a clear container when mixing? Shows they really listen to their audience.
Watching it being mixed in slow motion is so cool. Definitely satisfying to watch.
Can you do this with a silver blue😩😍
now we only need them to start using 4k or 8k for those mixing segments :D
@@janaewebber1881 i was thinking the same like dark blue or purple
Love it... I think I just found the color for my car.
That is a wild looking finish, pink is great but I would love to see that in blue.
Yeah i agree i think blue would be so perfect for this
Yes!
I’d like to see purple.. or blue. Maybe blurple 🤷🏻♂️😂
Albert for the win
I agree would love to see this in blue!!!!!
I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant Finnish lol so barbie yet elegant!
Nice work!
I love the flake but I would love to see it under something like an ultraviolet purple/blue kind of color. But it is an amazing finish!
I’d love a thick clear high gloss topcoat over that.
I don't know, I think doing it on an overcast day makes it look like the car got hit with a smattering of rain before shooting. I kinda like it.
Real nice
Not crazy about pink - but love the metal flake. And would add a lot more clear coat layers to give it more depth.
That is badass. I think you should do it the exact same way but with a candy blue. I think that would look amazing
I second the candy blue
I don't even care what the outcome is, I just love the way you all experiment and it's very entertaining. Cheers!
Agreed! Fonzie always keeps us on our toes
@@alphapigments901 No doubt. I don't even have an interest in spraying my car. I drive down a dirt road with lots of gravel. I'd destroy it!
@@HopsAndLead I bet you'd be surprised how durable plastidip can be!
Exactly what he said!! I don't care either and this came out amazing! Amazing video all around!
@@alphapigments901 maybe when I move out of BFE lmfao.
Although pink isn't my scene, the end result is astonishing!!! Well done on yet another awesome experiment!
This would look insane to also throw a hypershift in with the super flakes over a black base. Love all the absolutely crazy ideas but the results are even crazier coolest channel IMO!
Love the results … it’s like a mixture of: hot pink , Tyrian purple, Amethyst …in other words it is an amazing multi leveld metallic pink 🫶🏻🇨🇦🎉
I honestly like it- gives me 90's princess vibes. You could make an Ice Princess dip by possibly doing the flakes first, then a pink-blue shift on top?
I think it came out dope. I would definitely like to see it in more color variations. I think a dark hunter green would be nasty.
true!, or maybe like a dark blue
My fav.
I'd love to see it with a dark royal purple...
Olive green with gold flake. It would look like MONEY! 💲💲💲💲💲
The flakes spinning in the jar is hypnotic.
Love the chrome flakes but I’d like to see it under a darker color (forest green?) with a clear topcoat.
Crazy I said I’d like to see it with a dark hunter green before I scrolled down n saw ur comment. I guess great minds think alike 😊
I’m speechless! Can’t quite find the words to describe how unique this finish an effect is.
That pink is gorgeous. I like how the flakes look like raindrops from a difference.
I liked the flake but I wasn’t expecting to like the pink but I actually love it. Very unique.
Would love to see you do black cherry with holographic flake
Great video, the flake looks like what we used to be able to get in the 90s called Fireflake, it came in a wide range of colours and a lot of people used it for ski boats Cheers Andrew
I love how it looks, but then again I am a lover of most things that are unique.

I love the instant effect of the flakes.
Imagine those flakes with red?
I was think about them with like a royal blue
I may not like pink, but I can always appreciate a beautiful paint job. This turned out perfectly, and would fit in at either a breast cancer awareness convention, _or_ a Barbie convention. I can't hate what turned out great! 😄
That color is on point. Do more stuff like this 10 out of 5
Now this came flawless congratulations on these to color blends I really like this finish 💯
This is awesome, id love to see it with blue! And i have another experiment request, maybe you could try using what the nail polish people call chameleon flakes over a black base, that could turn out really awesome i think!
Lime green or sea foam green would also be amazing 🤪😍
👀👀🤘
The bubblegum shine is amazing… Would be awesome to see a blue fade like a Marlin fish tho…
That silver flake floating in the air during mixing was magical ❤️
I remember this type of finish on bumper cars back in the 70s. Really cool👍
That mix is sweet. Metallic pink can look bad on certain things but this car is rocking it. Also, always love your mixing/spraying music. Gotta let me know what they are.
Was not expecting such a cool finish, love how this turned out.
Maybe try it with a lime green
I would have gone bolder when the pink but that metallic flake is everything! You need to do a candy gradient over this!
I'd like to see this played with to achieve different effects. For starters: from far enough away (but not too far), the car looks wet. I'd love to see what this looks like on a dark base.
This is awesome, I love it!!! My chopper would look killer in this pink or the indigo orange over that base!!!!
I love it and would love to see it in more color variations as well
That's one of the coolest paint jobs I've seen on this channel. one question though how much of the candy bottle do you use?
This turned out dope ! I would love to see this done with a black base coat and that chrome flake and then a Candy Apple color on top done with a Green/Red shift. I think that would look incredible.
This looks incredible. 10/10 would rock this on the daily. Also, thank you for the blooper reel at the end. I feel the struggle deeply.
Oh I love that. It’s just so beautiful, the pink isn’t overwhelming.
I'd love to see this with half a much flake and candy blue with more clear coats for deeper depth
I love the look! Personally, I'm really interested to see what those flakes would look like on a darker base color with or without a color tint.
I think it looks awesome! I would love to see what pearl white looks like with the super flakes. I was amazed it didn’t look splotchy with that heavy of a flake.
I would like to do this metallic flake with a red or green candy, turn my car into a rolling Christmas tree ornament.
Y'all taking the extra time showing the mixture and pouring is MESMERIZING 🙌🙌💞
Looks amazing. Very very powerful saturation, and beautifully electric.
That would be a massive YES from me. That is just amazing.
Those flakes would be bananas with your hypershifts
I may be gay, but you would not find me driving a car that color. I would call that color "Orchid" instead of pink. We grow orchids and some are almost exactly that color, they just don't shine as beautifully as that Metal flake paint job. Well done DYC !
That's just mesmerizing. Well done! Car manufacturers take notes, these guys are teaching class.
Excellent job sir, first gold candy I have seen sprayed, next try a candy red over that gold, excellent job
That pink silver flake finish is insane. The pink fufu color is a bit much for my taste, but I can see this done in a dark blue instead of the pink.
😍 I’m in love with this colour! The best of 2 worlds, my favourite colour pink and who doesn’t love glitter??!! Awesome guys!! 💖
Holy smokes this thing is 🔥🔥🔥 seems like a perfect birthday gift for the wife.
I don't think the camera PLUS yt compression dose it justice, unfortunately :(
Keep the bloopers coming.
Man... That totally reminds me of a piece of Easter candy. Those little chocolate eggs, that had the aluminum foil. That's just awesome!!!
That's just beautiful 😍 I would definitely drive around with this look ❤❤❤
I’m female at 70 years of age, this is absolutely amazing I’m definitely a fan . Great job❤
Banger. No complaints. Very nice shade of pink too
Spectacular, gorgeous. Looks purpler than I expected.
Legit made me cry. I lost a friend to breast cancer a couple years ago. She was only 41. I have 2 other friends who are as young if not younger battling it right now.
This car turned out fantastic ❤
I love it , Really would like to see it in candy black
This looks amazing. I bet it would look really awesome in green

Bravo.
I would totally do this for breast cancer awareness month!
What a pretty pink color and I love the finish as well.
Love that color a little heavy flake for me but still love it. Is it thick to the touch
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! And I'm a Breast Cancer Survivor as well, SO THANK YOU!!!💖💖💖
Holy crap! I want that color. Absolutely stunning!!!! 😮
I agree it is unique. I really like the shade of pink.
Would be stunning on a beautiful summer day with crisp blue skies or at sunset 👍🏻
That came out amazing! To me, one of the top-3 projects I've seen you guys complete.
Metallic magenta, I love it! You're not going to mistake it for anything else!
oh! This is stunning! Beautiful! I like the texture.
As a woman, I appreciate that the owner of the car does this as tribute to Breast Cancer Awareness. Kudos to him
I'm not a fan of pink but I love this. Maybe because of it being metallic or because it's kinda purple/ pink.
Love this finish! Would love to see a candy purple finish like this.
Just awesome I wish I could afford to have you guys paint my truck everything y'all do is just amazing
wow!!! it came out pretty good. I wasn't expecting this at all, but I prefer the flakes to be sprayed on the same base color with clear coat on top of it.
I really love that colour of that car
That color is amazing! Love the textured look!
Miss Lollipop at your service! Love it! 🇺🇲🫶🇩🇰
Amazing color! I like the subtle color shift to the flake; but it is a little larger than I prefer.
I want this exact brightness but with a strong green, looks great, nice work.
I love that pink candy over the silver paint
WOOOOOOWWW!!! Y’all should do more tinted top coats like this! I’m in love!!
This could be my new favorite paint job. I have always loved pink.
Aerosmith "pink" is what comes to mind seeing it done. Looks really nice!
What a Masterpiece. Simply Stunning
Super unique! I absolutely LOVE it!!
This is quit simply stunning,,gloss black alloy wheels would finish it beautifully.
I was not expecting to love this as much as I do. This is hands down one of my faves, a true standout, like a pro paint shop did it.
I think it looks awesome, but with those gold wheels I think if it had some dark purple tones in it, it would be even better
This car has to be one of the prettiest I ever seen in my life, it looks otherwordly. 5/5 🖤🖤🖤
