This can be done after getting your document notarized by any notary, and then stamped by an Assistant Collector/SDM or any higher level IAS officer in your state/union territory. If you get it stamped by someone not from your state/union territory, your apostille is invalid. So, please stop saying in the comments that it is some crazy requirement and will take months, just take your already wrongly apostilled document to the Assistant Collector/SDM in your city and get it stamped. I'm literally fed up with the mumbai consulate. I was monitoring the e-consulate very frequently and didn't found any opening of slots. When I mail them, I get an automatic response saying that they open the slots on 15th and last day of every month which actually never happened. Better to do it, and if you don't have enough time explain in your cover letter that you didn't have enough time, and that MEA has approved the SDM of Delhi to act as RAC.

The news does not say application for Visa appointment, the news says application. There are two key words to understand here. 1. Application Form (This is what you submitted in order to register for the draw) This is not your Visa Application. 2. Application is something that includes everything in the checklist. All the 11 documents. This is something that you submit in person. If you have submitted it in person already before the 5th, congratulations! If you haven't you need to stick to the new checklist.

I got my documents apostle in June’24 that included (Notary + SDM + Ministry of external affairs) but now they are asking for RAC before apostle. Which means I need to go to RAC for authentication and then have to apostle my documents one again because the dates would be there.

@@lillion3859 If I understand you correctly, then your visa was already approved once and if that is the case, you studied in Poland for 2 semesters which implies that already have fullfilled your obligation of Nostrification (if you're studying your Bachelor’s). If you're studying for Masters, then your Apostille was already accepted once, there is no logical reason for the embassy to reject it now.

If you send your documents for Nostrification, then at the VFS centre you will not need to present the originals, as your originals will be with the Nostrification Department. You will explain to the embassy that you have sent your originals via post to the Kuratorium, and the embassy will consider your request. Every Kuratorium has a slightly different requirement regarding the Originals, for Krakow you need to submit your original. If you need my help, send an email.

To answer your question, yes when you apply for a Visa, it either gets accepted or rejected so there is no chance, if you do everything right, it will be accepted. If you make some mistake, it will be rejected.

No, this is only for Bachelor's. Additionally, agencies based in India do not know anything about it, nor can they do anything about it. As for is there any way to know if this is for Bachelor's, please watch the video again and listen very carefully. If you're further in doubts, read the news again, "Higher Secondary Certificate" is applicable for students going for their Bachelors. When you're going for your Masters, your bachelor degree is relevant, and your bachelors degree is not your Higher Secondary Certificate. If you are further in doubt, call your University and ask them. The news does not say application for Visa appointment, the news says application.
There are two key words to understand here.
1. Application Form (This is what you submitted in order to register for the draw) This is not your Visa Application.
2. Application is something that includes everything in the checklist. All the 11 documents. This is something that you submit in person. If you have submitted it in person already before the 5th, congratulations! If you haven't you need to stick to the new checklist.

No, this is only for Bachelor's. Additionally, agencies based in India do not know anything about it, nor can they do anything about it.

Please read the link by MEA, India. It is regarding Apostille. If you do your apostille in a proper way, the first step is to visit a RAC. You can't have your documents apostilled without first visiting a RAC.

I got my documents apostle in June’24 that included (Notary + SDM + Ministry of external affairs) but now they are asking for RAC before apostle. Which means I need to go to RAC for authentication and then have to apostle my documents one again because the dates would be there.

@@lillion3859 If I understand you correctly, then your visa was already approved once and if that is the case, you studied in Poland for 2 semesters which implies that already have fullfilled your obligation of Nostrification (if you're studying your Bachelor’s). If you're studying for Masters, then your Apostille was already accepted once, there is no logical reason for the embassy to reject it now.

Sorry to bother you but on B point they mentioned for second and third-cycle studies, Indian documents must be authenticated by the Regional Authenticated Centre in the state before they are apostilled by MEA. If you send your documents for Nostrification, then at the VFS centre you will not need to present the originals, as your originals will be with the Nostrification Department. You will explain to the embassy that you have sent your originals via post to the Kuratorium, and the embassy will consider your request. Every Kuratorium has a slightly different requirement regarding the Originals, for Krakow you need to submit your original. If you need my help, send an email.

To answer your question, yes when you apply for a Visa, it either gets accepted or rejected so there is no chance, if you do everything right, it will be accepted. If you make some mistake, it will be rejected.

As for is there any way to know if this is for Bachelor's, please watch the video again and listen very carefully. If you're further in doubts, read the news again, "Higher Secondary Certificate" is applicable for students going for their Bachelors. When you're going for your Masters, your bachelor degree is relevant, and your bachelors degree is not your Higher Secondary Certificate.
If you are further in doubt, call your University and ask them. If you do not trust your University, go to the link - international.uni.wroc.pl/en/admission-full-degree-studies/required-documents/nostrificationrecognition and read the heading, where it clearly states, "For Bachelors Students Only"
After doing that if you still remain in doubt, then I have lost all hope in humanity.
