Credit card statement is the only document considered by the embassy, please see the checklist point 9. You can attach other documents, no one will stop you.

Yes, it is a known problem. I don't know why the Mumbai Consulate doesn't want the same process as Delhi. Please call/email them and ask.

VFS replied me, all appointment donr for july in vfs system are still valid, all appointments for August need to be done in E-consulate.

There's not much you can do, if your name comes up in the draw on Monday you will need to email them with your situation and then fill in a new form, and take that with you to the appointment.

Actually, I did submit the form last week mentioning one university, however due to some changes I submitted another form this week mentioning another university. Would that be an issue?

Yes, it is an issue. Technically you can't submit two forms with the same passport number, and when your application gets drawn, it will have the name of the University. You need to email the embassy and explain the situation.

Can you please tell me when the date for Mumbai will be opened it is opened in VFS on 31 July and 14 aug but not in e konsulat. Can I book student visa for 1 st year in VFS also? VFS updates are for all categories except National Study Visa.
You need to monitor e-konsulat for the national study visa appointment dates. Unfortunately, you need to check multiple times per day.

If i have a salary of 170k pkr per month which equals to around 2400 pln. Will that be sufficient to show financial support?
Please refer to the study visa checklist, point number 9. Do let me know what is written there.
@@tarangagrawal I checked the checklist and it says this so I asked based on 9.5. because the slaary will be monthly so is it sufficient to show one year finances:
9. DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING THE SUFFICIENT FINANCIAL MEANS (of applicant or sponsor) to cover costs of living (776
PLN/month of the intended stay) and return travel (2500 PLN) to the country of origin or residence. Attaching one OR more
of the following documents is a mandatory:
9.1. Traveler’s cheque(s).
9.2. Certificate of the amount of the credit card limit issued by the bank (any bank located in India or Poland or another
country is allowed).
9.3. A certificate of availability of money in a bank or a cooperative savings and loan association located in the territory of the
Republic of Poland (it cannot be a bank located in India).
9.4. A document confirming granting of a national or foreign scholarship.
In case of sponsorship:
Notarized letter of sponsorship - it should be noted that the sponsors are required to cover all travel, living and accommodation expenses
of the person applying for the visa
9.5. A certificate of employment with monthly salary statement or documents listed above points - 9.1 to 9.4.
I am confused on "profession" are they asking about our current profession in origin country? And employer details. I am doing software engineer job so what should i fill in there?

Its usually there after 5-10 minutes max. If it isn't, please send an email to the embassy.

When I'm trying to submit the filled form, shows status like above.

Hi. I have registered my visa application form as you have described in the video. So, what to do next and when will I have to pay visa application fee?
You wait until Monday, right now they have a draw system as there were too many applications. Application fee is to be paid when you go to the Visa appointment.

Is that men vfs is not required now?
VFS no longer handles Study Visa Appointments. However, when you do get an appointment via ekonsulate, you'll go to the relevant VFS office to submit your application.

Mr. Agarwal, I'm from Afghanistan living in india.
I will apply for poland student visa through the embassy in Delhi.
My inquiry is regarding financial documents. My mother will sponsor me (she lives in Afghanistan). But the thing is that we dont have credit card limit system in Afghanistan and banks don't provide any such document. So will providing the bank certificate confirming the required amount along with the Bank Statement acceptable?
I asked the Poland Embassy about this issue but they just replied me to check the checklist.
Unfortunately, you have to abide by the rules and point number 9 in the checklist mentions all the documents which are acceptable. You can check if some bank will issue travellors checks in Afghanistan.
You can visit ICICI, SBI and see if they can help you out.
When filling the form for Mumbai center. There are 3 options
1. Work visa
2.Sutdies only for BA and MA
3. For returning students only
My doubt is, what is the 3rd option for, what does it mean my retuening students?

This means all places have been booked. You need to wait & apply once there are new dates available.

I reach out to VFS and they ask me to reach consult but consult auto-reply has message to reach VFS and there are no dates or clear info on how to be booking and registering for Visa form is mentioned. There is no role left for the agents. The process is to register via e-konsulat and then the embassy will allot you a date.

@@anantsrivastava7722 Say that you were preparing for govt exams, they will ask you what exam, why did you change your mind etc. They would trust you unless you show obvious signs or nervousness/lying. Typically if you have some proof, you can attach it. If you don't, you don't attach it.

You should try to get an appointment date via e-konsulat. If you don't get a date by 1st October, you'll need to apply for a refund from the University.

@@SARINOOO-i3s You should take a copy of this form, you can also take a freshly filled form but most likely they will not consider it. Minor mistakes are acceptable, just mention it in your cover letter.

Will the study visa be issued for 1 year(that can be extended later) or 2 years completely, if I’m applying for masters?
I have got a credit card with a limit of 5 lacs. Is that enough to show my financials for my 2 years masters course? I’m a bit confused as 5 lacs would be only able to cover expenses for 1 year according to the embassy’s calculation.
Yes, the embassy issues a National D type Study Visa for a duration of 365 days max and for that 5 lakh rupee credit card limit is sufficient. To sum up, you get a Visa for 1 year and then you must return and apply for another or apply for the TRC

It is not worth to pay a single rupee for something you can do yourself. However, there is no booking through e-konsulate. As shown in the video you need to register and then the embassy will allot you a date.

Yes I noticed you signed up via the forms as well. I tried calling you but you didn't pick up. Anyway, this is quite specific and needs to be a trial and error + I recommend emailing the embassy and ask them if Poland accepts 10+3 diploma.
