Even if I get that stamped from RAC as you mentioned for a safer side but the date on that would be after MEA stamp and as per checklist it should be before. Please advise!
An argument can be made if you get it stamped after the Apostille, "You got it stamped by the Delhi sdm, since it takes a longer time to get it done by someone higher in the IAS rank (secretary, under-secretary etc). Later, when you found some time, you got it done from them (higher IAS rank) as well." Meaning, that it is been authenticated twice by the state/union territory now, and it was done following the steps by the MEA.

My visa got rejected because of point 3 and 12. I'm appeal against the decision. I've made the cc limit certificate of IDFC WOW card with limit 5.5 lakh and Axis bank cc limit 2.5 lakh. If you send your documents for Nostrification, then at the VFS centre you will not need to present the originals, as your originals will be with the Nostrification Department. You will explain to the embassy that you have sent your originals via post to the Kuratorium, and the embassy will consider your request. Every Kuratorium has a slightly different requirement regarding the Originals, for Krakow you need to submit your original. If you need my help, send an email.

Essentially, I said that Masters students have real world experience and therefore shouldn't be asking me questions + should be able to do their own research. In this case, you have three options: 1. Contact MEA, and ask them for the procedure. 2. Contact NIOS, and ask them for guidance. 3. In case of no/delayed response, do it the traditional way, with the sign and stamp of Delhi SDM.

You can be her sponsor, you will have to make a letter of Sponsorship, and you can show funds in your Polish account. If you do this, there's no need to show any credit card, but she can show hers if she's interested.

Yes, you can submit your incomplete documents. I don't do unnecessary speculation, so I don't know about chances. The new rule is that you need to submit all documents including 5.3, if you don't then the embassy has every right to reject the Visa.

Apart from this is it necessary to prove the source of FD through payslips, bank statement, and ITR of my father, is it required for visa, if yes of many months. Thank you
Please refer to the latest checklist. You can show 9.2 and 9.5 which are credit card limit and monthly employment statement respectively.

If you're going for bachelor's, and haven't started your Nostrification process, there are high chances of rejection. I recommend contacting someone you know in Poland, and if don't know someone, you can send me an email.
