In Today's video, I am sharing one of the most requested Apartment tour. We are new in Poland, it's just been three months and I am living in a 1 BHK in Gdansk. I am taking you on a little tour of my apartment. I hope you will get a fair idea of how houses are in Poland. Enjoy the video :)

When it comes to making smart investments, keeping an eye on the yield curve can be helpful. I am not very sure of Warsaw rents. It could be a bit more than Gdansk. ALso depends on the locality. You can find out after moving there.

Its in Gdansk, near Oliwa. Yes 3500 is inclusive of everything

note= not in city center, let's say around 8-9-10 kms far away from city center, what say ?
I think you should be able to find one. There isnt much difference as per my knowledge
I stay in the city centre and pay around 3600/- you will definitely be able to find a good flat with your budget. As a side note all flats in Warsaw are fully furnished with all utilities 👍
