Opponent has to either try to avoid the overhead on the second hit or block low against the hat. If timed properly, it's basically unblockable and he gets a full combo off it. He can also do it with his air back forward 4 or stance 4. On top of that, by the time OM ends his combo and the opponent gets back up, Lao hat will be available again, so he can pretty much do it the entire match.

Yeah max doesn’t use it because the grenades provide so much utility (safe pressure, plus frames, chip, etc.) that he doesn’t want to use meter on other kameo moves

Funny enough Sindel might be the only actual character in the MK canon that could kill Omni-man. His entire race is very sensitive to high pitch sound frequencies. Like, if something is loud enough it can out right kill them sensitive.

All he saw was clips and though it was similar to the Boys and violence for the sake of violence instead of a kind of realistic depiction what would happen if someone with super strength fought anyone with less strength and more Gruesome details of beings superhero and civilian casualties.

I get the idea with stryker but throughout the whole video it felt like he only covered you 1-3 times. The nades are so bad with their arc they missed them half the time. Feel like your better off with a projectile assist that can help you combo off your flying dive
Goro I feel like is the best Kameo for Omniman. He makes his moves safe on block, he juggles into all kinds of combos. His forward Kameo is great for pressure.

Pro tip max, step block on omni man. Always block because he fights like scorpion or smoke with his teleports or flying maneuvers. Step blocking is just taking one step then immediately blocking. Omni man players love to be aggressive like UI Goku. Just lame and wear out their combo strings and victory is within reach.
Sindel would actually be a hard counter to Omni man if they fought cuz a viltrumites weakness is their hearing. It’s extremely sensitive & high enough pitches can actually kill them. Sindel with a megaphone would solo every viltrumite 😂
viltrumite stance 4 is better for punishing at mid-range. it has longer startup since it's two inputs but it tracks from anywhere on the screen and always launches. you can always meter burn for faster startup. 12:29 ALSO scorpion spear counts as a physical hit so you can't counter it like other "projectiles." discovered that back in MK11.

I thought it was just me not being able to do “walk back and forward 4,1” without getting the Superman push thing he does. It really sucks. I get pushed a lot for just trying to create some space in the neutral zone and not get poked to no end.

Man kids new to fighting games not understand? Every fighting game can end with 3-6 touches. But it depends WHAT touch. Is it a reversal? A guard break? A true punish? Burn out? What a lot of new players don’t understand is that fighting games are not about optimal combos. No pro player uses the most damaging combo all the time. Because it’s situational. To know when to use what combo is important. Does it corner carry? Does it side swap? Does it hinder the enemy’s meter? Does it kill or barely? Does it end on a knockdown or on plus frames? That’s what you consider constantly on high level. Every button is intentional.
Everyone is playing their mains because they don’t want to lab a new character after getting comfortable with the first one. I’m going to main every new character that drops

There is a pretty obvious reason why no one plays omni-man. Same why you barely saw non MK characters in 11. Because we don’t want to play a character that feels out of place in the verse. They should’ve added him as a dlc when they make a new Injustice game. For most people, these characters are just wastes of space on the roster
