while TCS given me Kolkata Location

@@TechFirdous sir current Company wipro hai and next jisme job lagi hai wo Accenture hai.. To kya kare? Accenture jo offer kar raha current Company ready hai utana dene k liye.. And wipro as a freshers join ki thi already 3.7 month ho gaye hai wipro me.

Which is better to join for 7+ year of exp birlasoft or CTS or ibm(in ibm location constraints I have, they might ask for bangalore but iam in Chennai?

how you know that you have not been blacklisted ....they have blacklisted you politely .....so if 5 years from now you apply an Accenture & this thing will come up

third last month also i got this mail 2.5 month after my job offer decline

How to decline a offer , if i accepted the offer of both the different compani's and choose one.. both the offers I got on the same day( for eg i got offer on 7th march )and joining date is just the next week( 12th march). Howto decline the offer which I dont want?
Simply Send mail to hr/poc
And if they call back you pickup there call

What about bond breakage fees?if we don't join a company after accepting the offer do we have to pay any fee?
If you do onboarding then you have to pay bond amount which you accepted
Before you join organization and work there you don't need to pay any bond amount

Accepting offer dont mean you are in there bond

Ideally you should inform them.in advance generally before 2 week and in worst case 1 week before
Else max they can do is to blacklist you for hiring in future.
Talk to poc generally they won't reply but still send mail and call so that you be clear from your side
