    Shouldn't this be pressure canned because it's a low acid??? Looks yum yum cant wait to try it

    That looks so delicious - the biscuit does also!😊 I was surprised that you only had to water bath these - and not use a pressure canner. Is it because you use apple juice as your acid? Thanks! I have loads of sweet potatoes I'm needing to process.

    This looks amazing. I want to make for the holidays.
    So once they are opened the butter is good for 1 week?

      If you can it, it’s good for a year. But if you don’t, it will last in the fridge for about a week.
