Kitra is so positive about the view from the balcony! I really like the Murphy bed. And I usually ignore the commercials, but with Gizmo & Pixel in there, that was cute. We don't see enough of those guys. There are so few touristy places that allow you to bring dogs (like the only place around here is Trees of Mystery). Wow, I usually don't go for DVC and hotel videos, but this one is so cool. I'd be able to bring some of my adult kid's families to the two bedroom suite! Yeah, I could go for that.
If you don't know that DVC two bed room Have Full kitchen and washer and dryer Sleep 8 (some will sleep 9) If not DVC member you buy rental point may save you half cost of the room.

I LOVED the pull-down bed in the Jungle Book room; its firmness was absolutely perfect for me, and I had the best sleep in a long time! (Full disclosure: I love a firm mattress, and a busy park day always helps with sleep.) I also really enjoy sleeping on the pull-out beds in the suites in the Disneyland Hotel; hopefully, that information will help you make a choice if that room is right for you! I loved the Jungle Book room; we had one with a balcony over the pool. I wanted to stay in one as soon as I saw the concept, and so when hubby and I had the opportunity to get a small room (Disneyland sans enfants!), we took it!
My family has been DVC Disney world members since 2003 and we always came around Christmas. Ever year we would bring our own Christmas tree with ornaments. We would bring lights to decorate our balcony!

Just lovely when we got married in dec of 2011 at the DLH, we booked a two room suite in the frontier tower, and we have been partial to that tower ever since. We have have stayed at the DLH 5 times now, and always request the frontier tower, very happy for you.

Pool time during the stay is essential… and I always visit every trip independent of where I stay to grab food, shop, relax. The vibes, in room and out are just steeped in magic. The DVC tower is off limits to non members. So I haven’t seen it in person yet.
You can actually stay in the rooms at the DVC tower from Disney’s reservations without being a DVC member (if available) or through a member (there are sites that facilitate that)
you can take room tour Is about 10 % - 15 % of the room are cash sale fitness room you will Disneyland hotel room card You can get DVC rental point for the rooms

Thank you so much for the very detailed tour of the new Villas at Disneyland. Honestly we weren't thrilled with the art renderings of this place at first but wow! Totally different when completed. I love the retro vibe so much and love the tiny details everywhere. We're DVC as well so we're hoping to stay there in 2025. Ha! I was wondering if you were going to compare the bed to the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel beds. Glad to hear the Murphy bed wasn't as bad but sad it was still stiff. I was so tired in Japan so I knocked out on the beds but they were still stiff. 😭 Oh! Those tiny ottoman looking circles in the living space?? Did they open up? It looked like they had little handles.
On the cheapest day it’s 120 points a night for the three bedroom villa. Most expensive day is 200 points. Compared to the duo studio which is 16 at lowest and 26 at highest.
The villa was amazing. However for less than the cost of the DVC basic room, you can stay in the resort district and get way more space and still be walking distance from the park. I’ve stayed at the Marriott and got a higher floor room and it had a spectacular view of the fireworks.
There are a ton of recipes for Japanese style soufflé pancakes on UA-cam but the main point is to basically separate the egg yoke and white, add lemon juice to the egg white and make a merengue out of it.

We actually Did get to stay at Disneyland Hotel…but it was So long ago that the Monorail still stopped in front of the lobby! (I believe it was early January of 1992 because it was a Christmas present from my in-laws to my wife and I since it was our first Christmas as a married couple!)…And it was Such a different looking place back then (all of the cheesy shops still were attached to the main hotel building) and I seem to remember that the Dancing Waters fountain show thing was still there…the room was really nice and it remains actually the only time we’ve ever gotten to stay on property
We just added on at VDH. Was hoping to get a Duo Studio for the race next weekend but missed it (and I don’t think they have all the units declared yet). Don’t know when we may get to stay at our new home resort, so we’re living vicariously through you!

Hey Ordinary fam, my cat Pepper was attacked by something this morning my mom found her wounded and limping, we took her to the vet an they had to perform surgery on her. The surgery was a success and she's home now resting. This all happened today, I feel so emotionally drained but your video makes me feel at ease so thanks guys for bringing some peace into my life. Im grateful my cats on the road to recovery, pray for pepper yall!

Resale owners can’t use points at those 2 properties and any future properties and do not get the member perks like DVC lounge access in parks, park events and such. The upfront savings made it worth it for us but it’s something to consider when purchasing

You’ve gotta get the Margherita pizza from the GCH Craftsman Grill if you do the pizza competition around the resorts. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had on Disney property other than Via Napoli at WDW.

We stayed in the poolside garden deluxe studio earlier in December. It was amazing and we posted a video about it.

The room looks about the size of a cruise ship balcony😊 cabin (with a MUCH bigger bathroom of course..)
I think the duo studio is like 250 square feet while most balcony cabins are like 175z
We haven't ever stayed there either (on the bucket list) but it is our hangout spot on days we don't have park tickets!

I think the DVC room at DL has better theming than the one in WDW imo. The layout looks identical, but theming the crown goes to DL.

The surgery was a success and she's home now resting. This all happened today, I feel so emotionally drained but your video makes me feel at ease so thanks guys for bringing some peace into my life. Im grateful my cats on the road to recovery, pray for pepper yall!

fluffy pancakes are made on low heat, little oil, glob of batter, and steam with a lid with 1 tsp of water on the side of pancake. flip once after like 3 minutes

The DVC rooms here are so lovely…wish we were able to use our points here but purchased resale and don’t qualify for stays here or at the Riveria. ☹️

@@OrdinaryAdventures it’s a recent change in DVC policy. Resale owners can’t use points at those 2 properties and any future properties and do not get the member perks like DVC lounge access in parks, park events and such. The upfront savings made it worth it for us but it’s something to consider when purchasing

The hotel is so amazing- I don’t think I’d ever be able to stay myself because money, so thank you for showing us…I didn’t realize that the Peter face can go the other way as well (when he doesn’t like something 😅)…and I’m sorry, but I feel like somewhere, somehow in the future, no matter how long it takes, we need to see Peter eating his chicken tenders in a hot tub~ 😘😂

You’ve gotta get the Margherita pizza from the GCH Craftsman Grill if you do the pizza competition around the resorts. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had on Disney property other than Via Napoli at WDW.

We stayed at the Disneyland hotel the week of Christmas. We got the frontier tower with view of the geyser. If I weren’t in the park I could have run into you 🥰. I tried the Japanese pancakes, delicious 😋 ⭐️
