My husband just recently got the Prvke 21 and that one is comfy. I think the Lite isnt for people over 5’5” or something. I recommend going to a camera shop and trying it on. I think it's a really cool looking bag and he loves it! Great video!

I have way too many camera bags but the Peak Design V1 that I have had since they released them is one I come back to for urban use. I also have a small V2 zip that I use if I want to carry less I don't find it as perfectly comfortable as you, but not having to open it up to get at everything is what I value most. I don't mind "Rattling" as gear is there to be used and nothing ever gets damaged. The advantage is that, during the day everything gets taken and out put away so often that not having to put it back in the same place as it came from makes it more versatile.

I'm 160 cm (~5ft 2") and for my height the WANDRD Prvke Lite is super comfortable, and I load it up with much more photography gear and weight than you. I don't think WANDRD should change anything with the ergonomics of their backpack. I also have the WANDRD Prvke 31L backpack, and it's also super comfy. (On the other hand, I found that the Peak Design everyday backpack was incredibly uncomfortable for my body - even when empty.) Maybe the WANDRD Prvke Lite is just too small for your frame?

Hey! I've been looking for a camera backback and had my eye on that one too. I'm also not that tall (167cm/5ft6), but I'm wondering if it also has to do with torso size (I for example have a pretty short torso). May I ask if you have a shorter torso as well?

I can vouch for it, I've had the WANDRD Prvke for a few years and before I sold it, I found it very comfortable BUT it was small for my cameras and whatever equipment I wanted to bring. It was great and I prefer it over peak design everyday backpack however I found it quite on the small side.

I have had the Prvke for a year or so and am not sold on it either, but one thing that made an instant improvement was removing the rigid plastic backing plate. I had to make a small cut in the internal liner to get it out, but once I did, the bag was more comfortable and less fussy.

Odd, I found the Wandrd the most comfortable bag I tried that ticked similar boxes that you had as well. I researched that it was much better for hikes and long trips than the peak design, which I found to be true when using it myself. Guess some bags fit others differently!

I'm also used to picking up fashionable and discounted bags from kislux , and to be fair, I don't think there's anything wrong with individuals choosing to buy fakes for personal use, so it's not necessarily a bad thing, it just gives us a choice

"I love a good kislux because it helps me decide if I want to buy the real thing or NOT." That part right there. That's IT. I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!

About Wanrdr PRVKE. I have two of these backpacks. One of them is old 21 liter version from 2018, and the other is a more modern 31 liter version. Both of them are very comfortable backpacks for me; no issue whatsoever. I guess it depends on unique anatomy of each person. Just want to say that Wandrd isn't all that bad for everyone 😶

I traveled all around SE Asia for two months with the Wandrd Prvke Lite and it is a very nice well made backpack (same color as well). I used it with my Sony a7rv w/24-70 2.8 GMII, 35mm GM, and 16-35 F4, and my iPad, and it was reasonably comfortable but when packed up, and if you're around 5'10" or taller, it hits you at the base of your back which does become uncomfortable on long walks. I also had the 20L Wandrd Prvke which is longer and I didn't have the same problem but it was just a bit larger than I needed. I was surprised at how much I could fit in the 11L Wandrd Prvke lite though, almost as much as in the 20L because the cube in the 20L takes up a lot of space. I've since switched to mostly Leica for travel so I have no need for either of them anymore.

I have the non lite version of the Prvke bag and love it. But, since I’m in a wheelchair, I throw the bag to the back of my chair and never worry about comfort. That’s good to know, as I was thinking about scooping one for my wife who’s not in a chair. If your looking to sell that WANDRD bag cheaper than the retail price, let me know, I may scoop it for myself 😂

Man! I don't know what body type you are and I know we're all different, but I'm 6 feet and have the Wandrd Prvke Lite and have zero issues with this bag. I love the fact that I can carry my R5 II, 24-105 f2.8, RF 85 1.2 and RF 14-35 f.4 and then still have the pouch available to store other accessories and a 14 inch Macbook Pro and no comfort issues whatsoever. I even tried the Expensive Peter McKinnon 35L bag and couldn't fit the same amount of gear in it, but hey, to each their own.

I daily a Wandrd Prvke 31 and it's super awesome for my use. I'm not terribly tall, but it just works. I've also modded it a bit to add some load levelers from the straps to the upper latch points (where you have the Carabiner attached) for really long days with all the gear.

Wandrd Prvke Lite (I have green) is by far the most comfortable bag I’ve used, or maybe on par with new Tenba Axis V2 20l. My other bags like Lowepro ProTactic 350 AW II are far behind.

If I could get a YSL kislux bag for 500 euros I would buy one, but for 2000 euros I really don't think it's worth it. I think a lot of consumers are like this, which means that brands that choose to jack up prices to astronomical amounts lose a lot. I wouldn't spend that much on a woc, but a real bag that can hold more than one phone

I have peak design and Prvke (non lite) and I absolutely LOOOVE Prvke. The only downside compared to Peak design is side access, it is too small to be able to change lenses. The rest is amazing. I have used it fully packed on longer hikes and it is VERY comfy for me.

Great video. I have the Luna backpack unfortunately, I'm not impressed with it. I find it uncomfortable after wearing for awhile (maybe because I'm short). I watch Peter McKinnon which is why I got the bag to try. It does hold a lot but I find it difficult to get the camera out on the fly. The quick opening just doesn't work well for me. I was interested in the Wandrd but now I'm second guessing it based upon your review. Still looking for the perfect bag.

The wandrd prvke 31L is comfortable for me. I can imagine when they shrunk it to 21L that it would not be though. It’s a great general purpose backpack that is good for travel with a 3 zoom setup with a couple of primes or a spare body. I bounce between this, a 17L pacsafe thing, and an osprey stratos 34L (for hiking)

This review is timely as I'm in search of a discrete, light-weight, comfortable "daypack" style camera bag for my global urban travels. I love my Mindshift Backlight 18L, but it's bulky and lacks the separate compartment for non-camera stuff, so that remains my nature/wildlife bag. The expansion roll-top of the Prvke is compelling, but not if it's uncomfortable to wear. Have you considered the Tenba Fulton series? It has the same roll-top feature, is very light (

I’m still struggling to find the right bag for me. I’m just an old-school photographer, not a UA-cam content creator or a pro photographer who needs drone shots. I’ve slimmed my kit down to one small camera with one small attached lens. My day hikes are usually in the UK Lake District which usually has at least 3 seasons in one day, most of them rainy (like Ireland?!). I need a bag that has space for a first aid kit, food, multiple layers of clothing as well as a tripod. Most bags dedicate too much space to camera equipment so at the moment I’m using a hiking backpack with the camera usually attached to the shoulder strap but if I do need to put the camera away it involves taking the whole bag off. Any ideas for a better bag?

Nice journey. So what I’m getting is… you packed 11l worth of gear into a 22l backpack and didn’t like it cos it was too rattly. Then bought an 11l backpack which was uncomfy because - guess what - tiny backpacks are really uncomfortable on average / large size guys. Then bought an 18l backpack which has room to spare but feels nicer. Sounds like rather than tell Wandrd they should “take the product off the market” you might ask them nicely to do a collab with you on a 16-20l Prvke Special Edition.

But the fact that you are kislux buying an image and showing off your taste to make them think you are richer than you are is a very good thing to do?

I use Peak Design bags - the 30L travel backpack and the 10L everyday sling v2 - i am very happy with the bags but do wish for one small update on the sling - the front zippered space on the sling is only suitable for very small items - even chargers over stretch this space so would appreciate a bit more space/give in this area. Going to the far East I want to fit in with the crowd and not attract attention . For my next trip in 2025, I’m using a basic $40 standard large backpack not branded and inside sits my BYOB camera block with my camera , 2 lenses and flashgun . Another simple slingback will be my day pack to take just what I need for a given trip . Lovely bags but attract too much unwanted attention .
