    Just want to say a big thank you for introducing me to this diet and showing me the amazing results.. I really appreciate this honesty video. My target is 8half stone, I'm currently 10 stone.. down from 10.11!! Lost 11lbs in 2 weeks. Watching you keeps me motivated so you should feel so proud for not only yourself but that you are now an inspiration for other women. You look incredible!! Well done lovely. You are amazing x

      Wow Zoe that's amazing; I felt incredible at 10 stone; it makes a huge difference and the inch loss is great isn't it. 2 weeks - that literally amazes me! Thanks for much for saying that Zoe; I do feel like there's a little tribe of us doing this now and everyone says how much control they have now and the other positive things they are doing. We need a big CWP get together! xxx

    you are such an inspiration. I have recently started on CWP I have tried different diets before and not been successful. I am 52 years old and have 2 grown up children. one teenager who has had poor health most of her life and just been through particularly hard times in the past two years so I have been neglecting myself. but not anymore I am so determined. o need to do this for me. I'm on plan 5 so it's slow but I shouldn't be on a rush as this is longterm.
    I am so enjoying your video's they have given me so much information. so much hope.

    SJ, you look fantastic! You should be very proud of yourself- a 4-stone loss is quite an achievement! Thanks sharing your tips. It’s a great idea to add some new “good” habits as well as breaking the ones that no longer serve. Good on you! 😍❤️❤️

    I've been doing the 5:2 diet for 8 weeks now and I've only lost 7lbs, although I know it's supposed to be a really gradual loss, the quick results from the CWP do look tempting! But overall I'm happy with the 5:2 and I'm sticking with it. I find my daughters meals times soooo hard as well!!! Congratulations on your weight loss, and I'm can see how happy you seem now. What an achievement 👏🏼👏🏼xxx

    The Cambridge is life changing but it’s all down to you and self control . I can’t believe how fast the weight comes off. 2 stone gone since April 10th and another 2 to go so hoping to be nice and trim when my 4 year old starts school . I cannot thank you enough for your vid. To be in a changing room and go from a size 18 to a 14 and actually feel good about what u see is worth the small sacrifice . Xxxx

      Exactly! A 14 is a huge achievement; I was so so happy to be a 14 then if you keep going it just keeps going - ha ha! I just weighed and I'm 8 stone 5 now!! it's such a lovely target for starting school. I just know how confident you'll feel and ready to take on anything! Love having a diet buddy on here :-))) xxx

    Ahh SJ you look amazing ❤️ I’ve found water intake has been a huge struggle for me and I’ve stayed the same weight for 3 weeks running but I’ve lost inches so you’re so right about measuring in a different way x

      Yes the inches go more on CWP which is why you drop dress sizes! Which I love :-) I had weeks like that then a big drop; it's strange how it works but you'll find it follows a pattern, or it did for me. Do you not like drinking water or just forget? I'm a bit of both; I find I drink loads of water in the evening but I forget during the daY! x

      I hate plain water unless its bottled but Im not a fan of the water flavourings either. So i try to gulp it down during meals but i think lack of water intake is why i haven't lost anythign for weeks. but as you said, its a long game :) x

    I started cwp nearly 5 weeks ago and so far 22lbs down! It has broken some bad habits and given me a much better relationship with food, your videos have been a big motivation for me. I used to love a G&T now I have 150ml of slimline tonic (3cal!) with ice, lime and lemon slices and it seems like a treat!

    I started cwp 4 weeks ago and I’m down 1 stone 2 pounds. Just need to get rid to the baby weight. The first four days were terrible but after that it became so much easier. You’re a massive inspiration and well done for your 4 stone loss, you look amazing xxx

      Ah wow well done!!! That's amazing; it's so lovely that first stone gone. Definitely the first 4 days are so so hard; day 4-5 I was in bed same time as the kids! Then you get a massive energy surge; I never would have imagined lasting months on it x

    I keep re watching all your weight loss videos as I'm currently the same weight that you were when you began the Cambridge. Think we are the same height too :) I've got to the point where I don't know what to eat anymore, what to avoid...I just know that food is on my mind all the time :(

    I used to weigh myself every day and is go up and down 3-4 kg every week. I threw my scales out when they kept getting stuck - maybe I overdid the number of times I jumped on them! it can get obsessive. good on you holding out. but if rather see the number.

      I know it's crazy how much it changes; I think that's why I couldn't be bothered to weigh that much except when my mum did it weekly but I only wanted to hear what I'd lost not what I weighed; it just really depressed me to hear how far I had to go if that makes sense. xxxx

    you look amazing!!! Fab advice too!!! BTW Schloer is great instead of wine...but not sure of sugar content. I don't drink fizzy drinks or wine...so this is my thing....when I feel the need. (Not often) XX KEEP VIDEOS AND RECIPES ABOUT HEALTHY LIFE COMING!!

      Ah that's a good idea; I used to have that in pregnancy. Now I have a fizzy water with a Cambridge Weight Plan flavouring. I don't like fizzy drinks either so that's lucky as I didn't have to cut those out of my diet.     You've done so well, I normally go to SW on Saturday mornings but then I have a cheat day Saturday but I need to stop as then one day turns to two! I really wish I had your will power I have a holiday in 6wks so really need to get on it and lose as much as I can still have 2stone left to go! x

      Oh yes it's so easy to either use the weigh in as a cheat day or spur you on to keep on it!!!! I've tried to use it as a bit of a challenge; what will I weight next week or I'd say have one cheat meal vs a day then get right back on it. 6 weeks isn't long - you can do it!!! xxxx

      SJ Strum did you have any cheats? I know i shouldn't really as I haven't got long but in the future a meal rather than a day is a much better idea. Can't believe how much you've changed, I can't imagine myself looking as slim as you do x

    you are exactly my post first child body weight in craving to get back to: 53kg. I'm now around 70kg or bit less and im eating sugar and sugar. I struggle with binging at night as my husband eats late and insists i join him. even thought I eat dinner around 6pm with the kids. so im having basically 2 dinners plus all the sweets on 3 sugars in my tea and and bread etc. if i cut bread carbs and sugar im sure if be fine. I've almost fully stopped breast feeding the past few weeks so.... time for it i say. I dont mind the shape in my bum and legs and arms (limbs are thin) but my torso is a wreck. I'm all enormous boobs and a tummy. I've had 5 people ask me if im pregnant this week!! that really made me think about losing the weight finally.

      Oh I had those comments too; definitely the late night eating was my issue as well. I liked eating with my husband but also was hungry after cooking and sitting with the kids. It's the tough bit as Henrik doesn't eat until 9pm ish after getting home at 8pm so I'd have been hungry again! And yes all the sugar for energy. The CWP does give you lots of energy, but it's a hard diet if you love food as you do cut back so much xxx

      SJ Strum i have some shakes to try. optislim. I might try vegan with those.... my husband is Pakistani and we eat soooo much meat. it doesnt help but its delicious!! i might start adding spices to veggies instead lol

      SJ Strum yes the late dinners... mine comes home very late with security jobs and wants me to sit with him and eat from his plate. so tempting!! I've tried to explain dieting to him but hes like just have another bite. have some yoghurt. have fruit covered in cream... hes so tall and thin but im short so it's all over me quickly.

      Yes I really hate the waste and it annoyed me more when I wasn't eating it - ha ha! But it's not worth treating your body like a bin was my motto! xx

      No I'm not yet; I honestly don't know how to fit it in as I like aerobics classes but Henrik works 7am-8pm so I just don't get time to go. I'm wondering about starting jogging when he gets home just for 20 minutes maybe x

    Hi SJ, you are looking amazing! I started the Cambridge after finding your channel via Emily Norris. She introduced me to the idea but it was your really helpful, friendly and down to earth videos that encouraged me to go for it. I'm now down 1.5 stones and have 1 more stone to go - 8 and a half is my goal weight! May I ask how tall you are please? And do you plan to lose any more?x

      Heather Cartwright omg me too! I could have wrote that! I am 16 days in and have lost 11lbs.. I have 1half stone to lose to get back to 8 and a half stone. I am doing step one though which is only 2 shakes and a bar. Fingers crossed that we do it! How long did it take you to lose one and a half stone? My aim is 3lb per week.. any less and I think I would give in!

      Heather Cartwright wow amazing well done; the first stone made the biggest difference to me! My goal was to lose 10lb 😂 I’m 5 foot 4 - I think this is my best weight for looking good but I’ll be happy at 9 and a half too; if I can have a barrier at going above that it would be great. And I feel like Cambridge is a bit of a gift in that way 😍😍😍😍

      SJ Strum we're the same height :) 8 and a half is my goal because I'd be happy to gain back to 9. Life's for living and 8 and a half would be too restrictive for me long term, I think! Thanks so much for replying x

      Zoe Paterson I've just gone up to stage 2 today! I lost 5lbs in my first week, then 4, then 3, then 2! I've been cycling to work which I think has helped a lot. I'm dreading it slowing down, I think losing less than 2lbs a week would really make me feel down. But I like some of SJ'S suggestions in this video, like weighing in every other week x

    I've just finished week 2 of CWP and I'm convinced I'm either a slow loser or retaining water because I've only lost 1 lbs. I've been really strict to stick to the plan and have been having the advised amount of water. So disheartening but hopefully the weight will drop off soon!xx

      Oh no!! That's so disheartening; what did your consultant say? Maybe you are retaining the water and it will kick in soon and you'll have a big drop - it definitely works for all body types. Also you have probably lost inches vs weight;if that makes sense. They always measure me and even weeks where I haven't lost I've gone down a few inches in places. xx

      I only started it now as I had to stop breastfeeding (which broke my heart) but it meant I was able to start CWP. My consultant thinks it's a combination of water retention and me still producing milk. I do feel like I've lost a few inches it's just the scales don't agree😭🤦🏼‍♀️xx

    are you calorie counting now to maintain your weight? I am thinking of doing cambridge diet 12 weeks after I have my baby but I'm scared of developing gallstones on vlcd, any advice about this?

      I don't know about gallstones; I've heard it can be an issue for some people. Maybe have a good chat with a local Cambridge consultant about it; they will be fully trained and know how to avoid it xx

      Yay!!! How exciting - honestly the first week is SO tough; day 4 is like torture so get some rest that day; will it be Sunday? Then honestly by day 7 you feel amazing; it's just all the toxins leaving your body. If I can do it you can do it; the products are nice aren't they! And loads of water; have you got the water flavouring - that's quite nice. And you can drink the vegetable stock like a hot drink (cup a soup) style between meals xxx

      Lucy Ying I lost 3 stone in 3 months and the last stone over 2 months. I’m 5 foot 4 xxx

    Hi Sj I’ve been doing the Cambridge weight plan, and my hair is falling out like crazy. It’s so awful ! I love the weight loss ( I’ve lost 8kgs) and that is great for my self esteem, but the hairloss is so devastating ! Did you experience any ? I think I have about 4 kgs to lose and I don’t know if I should stay on the diet or jump off and do the rest myself 😞

      SJ Strum thanks for replying SJ 😊
      She said that it is a quite common side effect of the diet and it will all grow back and the shedding should stop once I come off it. I don’t know whether to finish the diet or not ? I think the remaining 4 kilos will take approx 4 weeks to lose at the rate I have been, but I’m not sure what to do! Would you be able to ask your mum for me too ?

      SJ Strum hey hun I’m currently on step 2. I wanted to stay on this step until completely my weight loss. Before I had my 5th bubby, I lost all my weight by eating clean and exercising. I only started CWP because of you ! ❤️I will go back to that lifestyle but I’m sure you can understand that I just wanted to fit into my old, pre baby clothes lol

      I'm 123-124 in the mornings and at night I am 126-127. So about a 3-4 pound weight difference between morning and night. Congrats on the weight loss!
