I had dropped a dress size before Easter and made the stupid mistake of having a week off and treating myself with Easter eggs and big dinners. I’ve found it so hard to get back on plan since then. Feeling a bit more motivated now. You look amazing and I can tell you feel amazing and I want to feel like that too. Xxx
Fifi Trixibell it’s so easy to have time off for a special event - I was amazed I did so well over easter but I had loads of Cambridge chocolate bars - ha ha!im on a hen do this weekend and will have some drinks and a meal with them as it’s a special time and I want to - but I’m always strict about getting right back on it and it’s super hard to do like you say after a break. I’m happy with my weight now and just want to maintain it - a dress size is amazing!!!!!! You should be super proud you did it and now you know that you can xxx

Thanks to this beautiful lady I am on week 2 of the Cambridge and 9 Lbs down and yes the first week is tough . Lots of variety and lactose free options . I can’t believe I’m finally losing weight !!. Don’t even think about it just google a local consultant. They come to your house every week with the products . Normally is around £50 a week . Considering I was spending £120 + on food and drink every week this is cheap . I just buy my sons food and a water filter is a must . It will save u a fortune in bottled water . Thank you again SJ you look phenomenal xx Nothing tastes as good as seeing those scales go down every week xx

Especially when things happen in life that we can be overwhelmed by. It’s so important to feel good about our bodies as women . Having children can really take away your confidence in your body . Because let’s face it , it’s exhausting and amazing at the same time . But I was def eating and drinking waaaay too much . And it’s so easy to follow. When I’m mixing my morning shake my son likes to say “ red light” and “ green light”. It’s so cute xxxx

I remember reading something about how as a culture - Uk specifically we've forgotten what hunger actually feels like and we're so frightened of it. Really, I can't remember the last time I was actually hungry and that helps me a lot with healthy eating.
@Emmand D yes this is true as muspims we are encouraged to fast even every other day if we like, fasting us great! Really helps you actually focus on the important things in life, has many health benefits, physically and mentally!

Thanks - cambridge weight plan has 6 steps so you end up on a full normal food diet with correct portions to maintain etc. so you should be able to make healthier choices. For me as it was baby weight I can't see it going back up to that size unless I really went into a fatty diet! So I'll work up through the steps then just have a healthy balanced diet and exercise xx
SJ Strum that sounds great, I didn’t realise there were gradual stages. V sensible! 😂 The only things I’ve heard have been the initial drastic weight loss. Keeping it off has always been something I’ve struggled with x

Ah thank you! No you can do any target you want; I think you need to be a particular BMI to start but there are flexible programmes for whatever amount you want to lose xx
Yes that's right, you go up through the 'steps' introducing all the meals again so you learn to eat sensible and in a healthy way. It's about £45 a week roughly which is a lot; but as that's every bite you're going to have it doesn't work out that expensive in balance xx
I did this diet but hated it - you do lose weight pretty quickly but you eat like 450-600 calories for the first month or so. So you may be able to lose the weight and get to your target but you have to be prepared to be on the diet for a long time. It’s a step process so you have to work your way back up the steps over months in order to kind of maintain the weight loss. As soon as you come off the diet (especially quitting as soon as you’ve got to your target) you will put a lot of the weight back on because you’re eating actual food and regular portions (even healthy) instead of packaged powder.

Cambridge diet satchels contain alot of sugar yu feel rough because you are going into a restricted calorie ketosis.
My headaches were killing me. Now going on to my second week and feeling much better.
